I don't know how to say this without becoming too emotional. Our little fluffy girl was seen by Dr. Elayne, every time we went there we received nothing but amazing customer service, communication and attention to all of our needs. Skye unfortunately had a terminal disease and we had to make the most painful decision to put her to sleep, she was suffering so much and in so much pain. Dr. Elayne and her staff made this experience so memorable and comfortable not only for Skye but for myself and the family in the room. We received her ashes about 2 weeks after with some unexpected gifts such as her paw print and a letter from the Vet. This is the only place I trust with our furry babies and I recommend it 100000%

The minute we were seen, I had no doubts that my boys were in the best care possible. When we first adopted our 2 cats, they were able to schedule us quickly for check-ups and prescribe respiratory infection meds. Not to mention, their partnership with the Harrisburg Humane Society makes getting immediate care for newly adopted pets easy, accessible, and inexpensive. I am super thankful to all the kind staff working there and appreciate their dedication to keeping my boys healthy.

We took our 10-month old canine to be neutered last week and couldn't have been more pleased with the service we received from Willow Mill. The regulations businesses are required to implement during this COVID pandemic can sometimes be inconvenient to the public however, Willow Mill did a phenomenal job to efficiently and effortlessly make it easy to do business with them while following the required regulations. The staff was genuinely caring when they came out to our car to retrieve our pup and take him inside. They kept me up-to-date and informed us when the surgery was complete and he was in recovery. They reviewed his discharge orders over the phone and followed-up with an email outlining the same orders. They followed up with a phone call the following day to make sure our dog was not experiencing any unforeseen circumstances from the surgery and anesthesia. All these contacts with us put us at ease. We've used Dr. Munkittrick over the many years of owning dogs and appreciate his vast knowledge, straightforwardness and care shown to us.
Overall, we could not be happier with the caring service we received from the staff! We highly recommend Willow Mill for all your pets needs!

Our go to place for our fur babies. Their vet rates are pricey, but we subscribe in their care club plan which provides free visits/annual check-ups/vaccinations. All of the vets/nurses/staff are amazing to our current pets and were very comforting when one of our dogs unfortunately passed. They are absolutely the best/most caring vet we've used in the area.

Dr. Dombroski was fantastic. The level of detail she used to communicate the results of the exam were truly reflective of her thoroughness and care. She took her time to ask me questions and to work towards a way forward with my dog, Doris. The facility overall was also incredibly professional and organized despite the pandemic environment. Each staff member I spoke with was prepared, understanding, and compassionate. As a first time visitor here, I'm more than happy with my experience. Thank you all so much!

Take your doggie here! Dr. D. and the staff were wonderful. For the first time in 7 years our little rescue sweetie was happy, tail-wagging, and calm after her appointment. And this was after a blood draw and vaccines! The humans were all very kind, clear on what needed to be accomplished, answered questions, and made reasonable suggestions for the future health of our precious Opal. We are very fortunate to have found this Vet!

I am so grateful to ALL of the staff here for being so patient with me and taking such amazing care of my pups. The vets give you all of the information needed in an easy to understand way, the nurses also answer ALL of your questions and provide recommendations as well as reassure you that you can call anytime, with any question. Willow Mill just has amazing people and I highly recommend bringing your animals here.

Great first trip with our English bulldog. The vet was awesome... super personable, knowledgeable, and compassionate. The staff was just as amazing as well. Super sweet people who love animals! Prices were more than fair as well.

We have a new to us kitty, who needed a thorough checkup, shots and bloodwork as well as some future stuff. It took us 3 tries to make it, because our dapper mister was so terrified. He'd spent his whole life as a stray, and the carrier made him cry and panic to the point of panting. The entire staff was wonderful with all of us. They gave me ways to help him not be so scared, gave him lots of loves while he was there, treated him to a new mouse and made him feel like everything way gonna be just fine. They were very transparent with pricing and a potential health concern I had with him. I had a call from the vet with an update, and the young ladies that do too many things to mention kept me in the loop and went over and above for us. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a caring and compassionate vet.

I am a professional dog trainer and I was searching for a vet to do an OFA/Penn Hipp grading on my Workingline German Shepherd dog hips and elbows. After serval failed attempts at seeking information at other vet offices I was referred to Willow Mill Animal Hospital through a client who had done the same tests for her service dog. I can not say enough good things about this vet office. They are quick to respond, give a wealth of information, answer all your questions and concerns, and everyone I spoke with was very pleasant and friendly. My dog is extremely high drive and trained in protection so I had worries even as a professional how they would handle a dog of his caliber. All of my concerns were eased and my questions were answered promptly. Where other vets offices never even called me back after only inquiring about information. I drove 2.5 hours from New Jersey and I would do it again in a heartbeat. My dog was handled with care and they respected his temperament fully. The office is clean and quiet. Can’t say enough positive things about this vet office! Thank you guys again for your professionalism and hard work.

We have been bringing our pets to Willow Mill for over 20 years. We have gone through various illnesses, surgeries, and last goodbyes with this practice. The doctors are very competent as well as very compassionate. They have been so wonderful in providing not only care but support in difficult times. They are always willing to talk to us and take time to explain exactly what options and treatments are available. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. We feel they truly care about our pets and us as pet parents. Yes, it is expensive but the trust we have in them is priceless. We see Dr. Richards and Dr. Graham.

I'm new to the area and my little pup wasn't feeling well for a few days. They were able to fit me in the same day I called even as a new patient. Dr. Jenn and Melinda were wonderful and very thorough. They took their time and explained everything to me. They were amazing and kind with my little spoiled, drama pup. The staff and vet were so gracious and compassionate when we had to say goodbye to our dog. It was such a hard thing to do and everyone was so kind and I cannot thank them enough. Amazing end of life care.

Willow Mill has always been a remarkably caring place. We've taken two dogs there over the courses of their lives and both received nothing but exemplary care. Recently we had to put down our dog and it was wrenching. Dr. Cornbower was there every step of the way and the staff couldn't have been more thoughtful. We've recommended Willow Mill to others, and will continue to do so. And there will be more dogs in our future, and their care will be entrusted to Willow Mill unreservedly so. I am grateful for this good and decent place.

This was my first visit at this Vet office and the staff and vet was exceptional. They did not rush the exam and the vet even came out to meet us and let us ask questions about our new puppy and explained everything well. I definitely recommend them.

After reading some of these reviews, it is clear to see that many pet owners are confused regarding which doctors they are seeing. It is important to note that up until a few months ago, Willow Mill Veterinary Hospital shared the same building with an Animal ER Center - however, these are NOT the same doctors or staff members.

The doctors and staff of Willow Mill Veterinary Hospital are wonderful. I have been taking my pets there, with my family, since the days of Dr. Flowers. We currently see Dr. Richards and she is wonderful with my neurotic boxer. She has a way of calming him down enough to do the exam without needing a muzzle or any meds (that makes me a happy dog mom). We also recently adopted a cat from them that they helped rescue. I'm sure our experiences with him will be just as good as those with the dog.

I'm not sure why they parted ways with the Animal ER company, but I'm not entirely upset that they did. The staff within the Animal ER were, as others have said, cold. I had had a few experiences with them in the past with my boxer, and they were the type to automatically want to know how you were going to pay. --> This is not the same for Willow Mill; the care of your pet comes first and foremost.

It is important to note that prices can be a bit surprising depending on what is being done for your pet, but this is the healthcare industry. Also, there are many different options for pet insurance. I recommend the ASPCA pet insurance as I did not have very good experiences with VPI. In the end though, if you can't afford to properly take care of an animal, maybe you should reconsider getting one.

Everyone is very professional and very nice. Dr Dombroski and Maddy are exceptional. Very patient and explains everything. Great facility!

This was the first time we went to this veterinarian. I wad impressed at how clean and inviting the lobby was. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They seemed to genuinely care about reach person's pet. We'll be back.
