Came during brunch and it was phenomenal. Everything was so fresh and delicious the platter gives you a little of everything and the service was impeccable Kerry was great! Can’t wait to come again to try dinner!

I had dinner at Rye last night and had a great experience. Our waitress knew the menu really well, and did a great job explaining the different dishes and answering all of our questions. Ordering the milk buns is an absolute must. We had two different pasta, dishes, and the trout. All three meals were delicious. The restaurant is very nice and intimate. I would highly recommend Rye for dinner or brunch.

Cute place with fresh and delicious food. Especially liked Brussels sprouts with sweet soy sauce, sooo good!

Lumache was supposed to have some spicy sausage nudja, but there was none, sadly: there was barely any nudja flavor in the sauce. Thankfully, they offered to exchange it for orecchiette, which was really tasty and juicy.

The cheeseburger was really yummy, fresh and just different from other burgers I’ve tried. Would definitely order again!

Chocolate rye cake was decent, but I would not try it again: a little dry and quite average. Overall, the service was nice and I would come back, knowing what I would and would not order again

From the freshness of the raw ingredients to the balanced taste and to final presentation, each item is thoughtfully and soulfully made. Best American food we’ve had after being in the US for more than 20 years.

Food was great (I recommend the brussel sprouts), staff was really friendly, atmosphere was cute. It was a bit chilly and I wish the menu had a few more options but I know smaller menus are sometimes better. I went with three other people and all of our food was at least somewhat spicy, despite the menu descriptions saying nothing about spice. I adore spicy food so that's fine with me but you might want to ask before you order if you're sensitive to spicy foods!

Loved our first visit here. The food is amazing. We tried a little bit of everything on the menu. The New York Strip was perfectly cooked!

Great atmosphere, delicious food, and friendly staff. My boyfriend was skeptical to try a new place and after we left, he was that he loved it and it’s his new go to place for dinner. The prices are very reasonable and it’s BYOB.

Came here for dining under the stars & to celebrate my birthday! It was delicious and I will be making milk buns from now on. I recommend the milk buns (of course), sourdough with ricotta, brussels, all pastas and the desserts my table had was vanilla cake with homemade peach ice cream, pecan buns with homemade butter pecan ice cream and the deconstructed smores dessert with homemade rocky road. All ice creams were fabulous. If I had to pick my favorite the pecan buns were the best, smores 2nd and the vanilla cake 3rd. The mocktails were okay. Our waitress was sweet and helpful. She took a photo of us at the end of our meal.

Where to begin? First off, I Love the atmosphere! It is Awesome! As soon as you open the door, you are greeted by the friendliest staff as they direct you and your party to your table. Once you are settled in and check out the menu, no lie, your mouth will water! It truly is "Bringing Back Sunday Dinner with Family and Friends".

My wife and I loved the starters. The main course was a work of art, and yes, you can't leave until you try the desserts! (I'm getting hungry just thinking about it, LOL)

Another cool experience is that you can bring your own "adult beverage" to add to their tasty Mock-tails (Sooo Good)

Saving the best for last... Ryan, the owner and chef, is a Master at his Craft! He's such an Awesome guy! His creations are out of this world. He even visits each table and chats with every party, let's face it, we all love to eat, so if your looking for a great experience and a great presentation, look no further, Rye Byob is def a unique, one of a kind, cool vibe dining experience. We will be visiting again and again and bringing more and more of our family and friends to enjoy!

Thanks for an AWESOME dinner Ryan and Team!
See U Again Soon!

This is our favorite restaurant in Media. Consistently good food at reasonable prices. Homemade pastas are always spot on, the mussels are delicious, and the double cheeseburger is great (though it would be nice if it came with a side). I really enjoy brunch as well. Love to see more spots like this on State Street.

Went to Rye BYOB with my family and 1 year old grandson for my birthday. From the minute we walked in and sat down we couldn’t have felt more welcome. Our waitress Ina was fantastic! Warm, friendly, funny and completely adorable with my grandson! She immediately made us feel at home. On top of this, the food was top notch! Milk buns?! Brussels sprouts?! Off the charts! Pastas, mussels, burgers…so good! We were visiting my kids from NY and our culinary standards are pretty high. Absolutely delicious!! And the dessert ( with a candle of course!) CHEESE CAKE CREME BRÛLÉE! As good as you think it might be! Between Ina and the food we couldn’t have left happier! Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!

Love it! Our go-to brunch spot. Everything tastes amazing. They have all the classics, but always elevated/come with a surprising twist. Some of our favorites are: the breakfast platter (that gravy...), the BLT, the lunch burger. Also good service, nice place, we never had to wait too long for our meals. Just great a around!

Went to dinner here last night with four friends and we had the best time! Everything from the reservation to the seating, service and food was wonderful! Our waitress was so lovely, and the perfect level of attentive, and also more than happy to help me navigate what was gluten-free (lots of options!) and make adjustments to some things that could be. Our group ordered lots of starters to split and then some pastas and proteins too, and the bill was very reasonable at the end, especially for the quality! Can’t wait to come back soon for more girls nights and dates with my husband!

Fantastic pasta, I had the orecchiette and it was delicious. Portions were big enough to fill me up but not massively oversized like a lot of restaurants. Great service too; I walked in on a busy Friday & they managed to squeeze me in w/o a reservation.

Here’s what you’re gonna do. You’re gonna order the milk buns. You’re not gonna touch them until the pasta comes out. You’re gonna eat that and only THEN do you cut into the milk buns and dip them in the sauce.

Seriously everything is fantastic and the waitstaff is very friendly. Phenomenal experience!

Brussel sprouts were excellent. Pasta was delicious and cooked to perfection. Felt full after eating, without that heavy feeling. My grandaughter Casey and I really enjoyed our meal.

I got the chicken pot pie and it was fantastic. Different. The puffy pastry on top was buttery and salty. So nice. She has food allergies and they made her a slice of salmon and spinach cooked in only olive oil and garlic, salt and pepper. Perfect accommodation. But I like how quiet it is in here, no annoying tv’s plastered on the wall and no bar with obnoxious drunks. You can actually have a conversation with your dinner partner. Thank you Rye for a nice time.

This place is amazing! Such quaint and warm atmosphere. The plate sizes are great, we got three apps and an entree each. We tried the milk buns, sourdough bread, and crispy potato. All three mouthwatering. I had the butternut squash tortelloni with brown butter sauce and hazelnut which was perfection. My boyfriend had the scallops which he very much enjoyed. I also got a mock tail hot toddy which warmed my soul on a chilly night. All that food left us contently full. Cannot wait to dine here more. I hope they survive the troubles of this pandemic because they’re such a great addition to Media!
