Sunoco Gas Station

This is what a gas station should be like; clean, stocked, friendly staff and some hot dogs on the rollers ready to go

Friendly service was surprised that they were selling 7 Eleven's products ( hotdogs is what I had ) & it was clean in there.

Terrible customer service. Not by all of the employees, but one young guy in particular. I stop here almost ever morning and that's when i encounter him. Maybe it's his youth that causes his awful attitude, but it is completely unacceptable for a person who deals with the public to act the way he does. It has turned me off from using this station/store. The management definitely should take this seriously as I'm sure I'm not the only person who has had a bad experience with this worker. Doesn't really take much effort to be pleasant to your customers!

Until recently I have always been satisfied by the service, but recently a particular cashier has ruined my opinion of the connected store. This particular cashier is very rude and arrogant. I understand customer service isn't anyone's ideal position, but if you can't even be civil, you don't belong working with the public. For example, no one was at the check out and it was unclear where the cashier was working. As I heard the cashier walking up behind me I heard an audible sigh. I had one small item on the table and instead of picking it up for me and moving it all of two feet to the open register, again I didn't know which register was open, he walked to the second register, grunted, and pointed to the space in front of his register. I had several things in my hand, so I had to leave my wallet, phone, keys on the counter and move the one item over to his space. He made no eye contact, made no effort to be pleasant and even after giving him cash which warranted change, I told him to keep it. No "oh, thank you" or "no, take your change". I seriously just wanted to get the heck out of there, so I walked out. I could not believe the horrendous attitude. It wasn't just a one time experience. I've encountered the same brat before. I don't know who to blame; the store for allowing their workers to treat customers like this or this ignorant jerk. So angry about this experience. I'll never return despite it being the closest gas station to me in Media.
