The Circular

We normally go to The Harvest but decided to try this for a change. The food was outstanding and the service was good. The cheese board was small but tasty. Dinner was delicious, as was the dessert. The only con was the hostess was rude. Overall we will be back!

We returned to the circular for dinner last Saturday night, because our first experience one year ago was less than stellar. I complained to the manager, and she very graciously sent me a gift certificate for another dinner. Boy, did they make it right this time. The service was impeccable, our waiter Manny was so attentive, funny, and super efficient. We never had to request anything because he was right there at all times, but not overbearing. The food was delicious. I had the short ribs, and my husband had the steak which was cooked perfectly. The highlight of the evening was the dessert tray which was all different chocolates (of course) it’s Hershey!! We are going to make the Circular our Annual Birthday/Anniversary celebration.

We have been to this restaurant several times and they never disappoint. Everything in this restaurant is amazing. Our server Nate did an amazing job making our celebration special. Highly recommend and will return again.

Amazing food, amazing service, amazing atmosphere.

I brought my wife here for her birthday and I must admit the food is extraordinary. Our service felt special, and very attentive.

The halibut was exquisite, and the filet to perfection.

Yes the portions are on the small side, but it leaves the perfect amount of room for a light dessert!

We were there with 7 friends and the serving team was excellent. The cheese plate appetizer and the beef tartare were amazing. The fillet mignon was made to perfection. We will definitely be back!

This is the second year we have spent our anniversary at the Hersey Hotel. One of the biggest reasons we came back this year was because of this restaurant. The food is amazing! Some of the best food I've eaten. This time we got the lobster toast starter and it was to die for. Everything we ate was so good and the plates were gorgeous. The service is always immaculate. The entire staff is wonderful and very helpful. Extremely friendly staff and the restaurant was very clean and inviting. At the end of the night they gave us a little plate with Happy Anniversary written on it in chocolate and 2 chocolate covered strawberries. It was so cute and just made our night.

I have lived near to this place since childhood and finally went when I was in my late 40s. Although this restaurant is pricey, it is truly worth it. Atmosphere is relaxed and even a bit romantic. Food was superb. Wait staff was very attentive. We had an amuse bouche prior to the meal start which I had never experienced before. After the meal which included dessert, they seem to typically service chocolate covered strawberries but as my significant other is allergic they brought us our homemade right prior to serving, warm salted caramel. Upon leaving the restaurant we could hear the live jazz being played in the Iberian lounge so lingered in the beautiful lobby area for some time after dinner just listening. I would recommend to all.

We came here for a birthday pre-celebration while we were touring the Gettysburg/Harrisburg/Lancaster area in Pennsylvania. Since we didn't have reservation and so we were seated on the side of the room and so couldn't enjoy the good view of the garden that this restaurant is famous for. My salmon was so good that I think it's the best I've ever tasted. The lamb was just OK. We got complimentary chocolate dipped strawberries for our birthday. And at the end more complimentary chocolate said to be from their founder. And kudos to the staff there as I left my sun glasses there and they took it to the hotel front desk. Later when we went back to the restaurant, they sent it over from the front desk to the restaurant to give it back to me. So nice of them.

My husband and I went to The Circular for our wedding anniversary. The food and the service were outstanding. They have an impressive wine list. The truffle stuffed chicken was incredible. We were offered some hors d'oeuvres complements of the chef. I would highly recommend making a reservation for dinner. We will definitely be back.

Check out different things at various stations such as cheese blintzes, mini quiches, and chocolate bread pudding.

Omelette station as well as hot breakfast items on both sides. Fruit stations along with breads, cereals and breakfast pastries.

Great views of the HH bushes in the back of the Hershey hotel.

One of my favorite restaurants. The atmosphere is top notch. The Food is great. We just love eating here once or twice a year.

Absolutely recommend! My coworkers ordered cocktails- a margarita and an old fashioned. They both complained they were too sweet. However I loved my chocolate themed cocktail. And everyone raved about the food. We all ordered different entrees and ordered 5 sides for the table. Everything was amazing. We were too full to order dessert but our server brought us salted caramels. I cannot wait to go back for another special occasion.

We had a fabulous meal at The Circular. Our server was very informative of the menu and helped us select delicious entrees. Loved our dining experience. We highly recommend for a special evening.

We had the breakfast buffet which was very good food. The omelet was very tasty. The service was excellent and attentive. The decor and view were exceptional.
Unfortunately, we suspect that there may have been some cross contamination or bacterial taint in one of the dishes. We both were nauseous afterward and in gastrointestinal distress. It really says something that this had no effect on the five star rating.

Very nice atmosphere and service. The food was delicious and the menu options make me want to go back and try everything. The wait staff were very friendly and attentive.

This restaurant is pricey, but the quality of food and service is Amazing. Wait staff was very professional and quick to fill my cup. If you have the money, I would recommend this restaurant for your next special date.

The best experience ever !! Douglas (manager), Nate, Mike & Mason were all so amazing! I can’t even explain how great our time was and the food was exceptional. Highly recommend. We had 5 kids and 4 adults. They were so welcoming. I can’t thank you all enough for the best night and the best welcome ever to Hershey !!!!

If staying at the hotel you should definitely stop here for dinner. Make a reservation cause it fills up quick and be sure to check the dress code. The food is so good and the service remarkable. Just stop in, you won't regret it.

Great food and atmosphere if you're looking for something upscale! Went here for Restaurant week 2020, the food was great. Scallops were perfect and the Maine lobster bisque was amazing! Definitely need to check this place out if you haven't already!
