I’ve been here multiple times for various things and the owners are always so kind and friendly and not to mention the products are OUT OF THIS WORLD!! Just tried their new “long jawn” and cream puffs. My word are these excellent (you can see I couldn’t wait to try the cream puff 🤣) My favorite bakery 🥰🥰

Stopped in during the holiday rush on the off chance the bakery would have some tasty treats available for pickup. Everyone was so accommodating and helpful! They helped me find the perfect items for my parents, who are elderly and lack teeth: fresh-made cinnamon rolls. Later that day both my mom and dad had the rolls and (miracle) they both liked them! My mother actually said these were the best she ever had (and mom is picky!). Will definitely be back.

Highly recommend this bakery. Everyone was so friendly and helpful as I looked at all the baked goods. I picked up a 6 pack of cupcakes that had a couple different flavors. They were all delicious and will be going back for more when in the area.

I contacted The West Branch Baking Co with short notice to fulfill a few dozen cupcakes for my graduation party. With little less than a week notice, they were able to accommodate my request! I really lucked out! Fast forward to last night for my graduation party... They were absolutely delicious! I definitely recommend the funfetti, red velvet and the carrot cake cupcakes!!! The cupcakes were tasty and the customer service is phenomenal. Thank you so much!!!!!!

The treats are sweet, but the staff is even sweeter! Today was my first purchase from The West Branch Baking Co., and it certainly won't be my last. I ordered some french vanilla macarons, sweet jars and the Strawberry Short Cake. Picking a favorite is too hard, so I recommend trying all 3! Additionally, Kit was kind, genuine and easy to talk to, which makes me want to order from her even more. Thank you, The West Branch Baking Co. - I'll be back!

First time we tried this bakery. Bought a cake and cinnamon buns. The cake was very good, moist with a butter cream icing. The cinnamon buns were out of this world. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back.

Absolutely love Kit and her husband. Such sweet people. I picked up a personalized wood piece that she made and actually donated for a benefit. It came out awesome. She makes alot of other crafts. I am really looking forward to trying her cupcakes That look absolutely delicious. Can’t wait to place another order.

My son and I did the gingerbread class last night. Everything was set up really cute and organized. Most of it was pre built besides the roof so it was very simple. Santa came to visit and he was so excited to see him. Kit was awesome at communication and helped get me a spot she even made it so personal that she put a cute little name tag with the kid’s names on it. Can’t wait to send my son to another event here!

Kit’s custom crafts, treats and flower arrangements are beautiful, unique and affordable. She is a pleasure to do business with! You can choose one of her ready-made designs or she will be happy to work with you to make your visions become reality with one-of-a-kind pieces. She is so talented and there is no job too big or too small for her. High recommend Kit Spayd!

Extremely friendly business owner. The quality of the pastries matched this without a doubt. I've never had sticky buns quite like the ones here and without a doubt I'll be back!

Kit always produces a great product, quickly & at a fair price! Love everything I’ve tried from the cupcakes to grave blankets and scarecrow / snowman decoration.
