ShopRite of Brookhaven

I had never been to a ShopRite before and I was surprised at the variety and quality both of the foods and non-food items. Plus you can checkout either with a person who will total and bag your groceries or you can checkout on your own.
I first went there b/c my pharmacy, Elwyn, moved there, but now I'm going for general shopping too!

This ShopRite stands out from most other stores bearing the same name. The management here is committed to additional discounts for veterans every day of the week on top of their already low prices. It’s evident that some very positive changes have been made here from the last time I visited as I found the store to be ultra organized, clean, and the restroom immaculate and well stocked. I used the self check out and was immediately greeted by Dot, a lovely asset to this store. ShopRite of Brookhaven is an A+ store.

Great design, well stocked, great selection. In addition to normal supermarket items, they also have a good court with pizza, chicken, and sushi. Add to that a week stocked beer garden and this place has it all!

Bakery only review-
I only went here for a cake. The lady that took my order on 9/9/23 also made the cake. She was friendly & took her time to help me decide while we looked at other cakes, designs and options. I don’t remember her name, but thank you.

One of the best regional ShopRites run by the Burns family. This store has a diverse grocery selection and customer base. Great regional food like Aversa’s hoagie rolls, Marino’s water ice and Jamaican Choice spices are available here. Worth the drive up from North Wilmington DE if you’re in need of real cheesesteak bread. And it’s one of the last stores that stays open late!

Within 30 minutes someone turned in. Honest store as customers inline echoed, Thank you Jesus.

Its hands down the biggest and cleanest market I have ever been to. They're food court is amazing. Their takeout beer section is incredible.

I have been in other Shoprite Stores, but this by far was the best. The place is huge, they sell beer and wine, and the staff at the deli was really friendly. I would like to make this my store, but it is a little bit of a ride from my home.

Lady working on the, customer service desk needs to do a better job with the customers. Had to refer to a manager to resolve the issue. She also treated the situation so badly, she kept throwing things and being rude.

Great place to buy your groceries.

I live about 20 mins away from this shoprite and I’ll gladly drive that distance ! This shoprite carries everything i need and all my kids favorite things. Also, a young man by the name of Jose is just amazing ! We need more Jose’s in this world. He is always so friendly and helpful. One time I accidentally used the wrong card for about 300$ worth of groceries and I was in tears and he corrected my mistake for me in like three minutes . Also, the older lady with the white hair I think she might be a manager of some sort she is wonderful as well. Hands down love this shoprite !

Great selection very clean awesome prices! Lately I've been feeling a little defeated on buying food but I got to say sales were great and very reasonable prices. Even better then stores that are supposed to be the cheapest! Great looking steaks and always the best produce. Associates were very helpful too.

I love this store but I think that this staff that they have working there or not very congenial or considerate of the customer all of a sudden you see young staff I have no problem with that but they need to know how to conduct their self in a professional manner I think they're going to lose a lot of customers if they do not do better with this thank you

I Love shopping there. Prices have gone up a lot, hopefully they will get better. Hoping the PRICES will go down a little more, I can't buy some things I really need on my income, but I still shop there when I can and will continue. Thank You and also The Food is Very Fresh.

I worked here for almost a year (I was part-time) until I ended up moving to attend college in another state. I loved working at Shoprite and my coworkers were always so nice. Management is very flexible with hours and days you need off so as long as you request it you will have no issues taking time off! Schedules were also very flexible and if you couldn’t work certain days of the week someone would always make sure you had that day off. I would come back if I could!!

They had all the items I went to get, there were no clutter in the isles, it was very neat and clean. The temperature was comfortable and you may even find a spot or two where it is more cooler.. lol.. The cashier was very kind, pleasant, and held a very good conversation with me during check out!!😊

Good customer service, very clean, even the bathroom. BIG location, lots of good parking including plenty of handicap spots. One of my favorite things is that this market has one of those machines that counts your coins and gives you a voucher to redeem for cash, but unlike 2 other ShopRite locations I've been to, this one has a working coin counter machine.

This is Our MARKET! With everything going on in the World right now, You would not know it as Everyone is always Respectful and We'll Mannered. The service is always friendly and professional💯! The hot food is the best, pizza always hot and the seafood always fresh. Stop by and see and talk with the butcher for a special cut of meet or to trim some fat.
