This Walgreens pharmacy is good. The wait can be backed up but they helped me out when I wasn’t getting an RX that I kept being told was sent to them but they never got it. Walgreens called & got it taken care of!

Waited over an hour for a simple flu shot even though I had an appointment. The pharmacists and techs were slow, clueless, unhelpful and rude.

i ordered some picture for my room and went to go call because i ordered via app so i go and they say on the app the picture isn't going to get here until January 1st so i go to call and make sure everything was okay and they have a beeping type noise and all of a sudden they hang up try again and they do the same but instead i hang up not them

Worst customer service ever. I went to pick up prescription, I handed them my card. They gave me 1 month supply instead of 3months. They charged me $31.00 . Never told me they were not giving me 3 months. When I went back to ask they told me to stand in line again. Then told me my insurance expired. To make a long story short I ended calling Cigna who called Walgreens home office to find out my insurance was active. The clerk put wrong Rx number in per Walgreens. But I wouldn't have known any of that unless I went back and asked.

Horrible customer service. Can’t get through to the pharmacy. Was just on hold for over 20 mins for the pharmacy and then the phone hung up. Called and asked to speak to the manager. I called her and she put me right back on hold. A couple months ago I made an appointment for a flu shot, went in the next week and was there for an hour and 20 mins because they were all clueless, rude, and unhelpful. Literally the worst pharmacy in the world. I have never dealt with such consistently horrible customer service in my life. Goodbye Walgreens.

Never asked to enter my rewards card. Glad I did I saved ten bucks. Checkout takes forever and no I don’t want your credit card. Receipt was barely eligible or I would have done survey. Open 24 hours so only plus. I prefer rite aid.

I will NEVER use Walgreens, and I'll tell you why. They arenot family or community-oriented. They are all about the benjamins and dont care about the consumers. Maybe Im the issue, I dont know. Once or twice in my lifetime I have had prescriptions at various pharmacies that I didnt have the funds to pick up for a few days at most. Some of these medicines are life-sustaining.So, the pharmacies Ive used in the past have never had a problem giving me 1-2 pills to hold me over until payday(in this case on Thursday). I would then come pick up the rest of the prescription later in the week when I got paid. Never had a problem with this before, until I approached Walgreens tonight. I have 30 pills of an antibiotic waiting for me, at a total cost of $6.50. Now, if I dont treat this infection, tooth infections have been known to travel to the heart and cause cardiac arrest. So, Walgreens is so worried about that $6.50 breaking their bank that the pharmacist I spoke to tonight refused to give me 1-2 pills to hold me over so that I can start treating this infection before it spreads to my heart and possibly kills me. He's a pharmacist, he knows the dangers of an untreated infection. So, this is why I say that Walgreens isnt family or community -oriented. God forbid I dont come back and pay for those 2 pills, valued at less than 22 cents each. Walgreens is more willing to let a member of the community die so that they dont potentially lose less than 45 cents. I cant accept that. Not when the cost is so cheap, but the repercussions are so deadly. I will NEVER shop at Walgreens again.What more do you need to say than Walgreens is willing to let you die if it will save them less than 45 cents?!?!?!
I bet the next Walgreens commercial I see on TV touts how family oriented they are....talk is cheap, you just had a chance to put action to those words and Walgreens failed miserably. I get it---what if everyone asked for the same thing and then they didnt come back...Walgreens would lose a lot of money---it adds up! However, I live in one of the most economically prosperous areas of the county, where real estate prices dwarf most other "nice" areas around here. Im not some crack fiend in the city trying to take advantage of Walgreens. I live in a nice and affluent area, and Im not trying to get 1-2 pills of some narcotic...this is a damn antibiotic...but Walgreens doesnt care, they just dont want to risk losing 45 cents on the promise that I'll come back in 2 days.

Sales rarely come up correctly. I usually just go here to pickup prescriptions and buy candy and its usually a mess. Long slow lines and clueless workers. Where is the manager?

Please read back whatever numbers someone gives to you. I realize women aren't great with numbers but this is getting ridiculous.
