Bittersweet Kitchen offers a cozy and clean ambiance perfect for breakfast and lunch. Our server, Heidi, provided excellent and attentive service with a courteous demeanor. We thoroughly enjoyed the Brioche French toast topped with a delightful mixed berry compote and granola—a flavorful delight. The omelet with prosciutto, asparagus, and Parmesan cheese was also a highlight, accompanied by a biscuit and potatoes (which I subbed for mixed greens), adding a fresh twist to the classic dish. Overall, it is a satisfying dining experience with top-notch service and delicious fare. We look forward to being repeat customers.

When I went here with my family, I was blown away by the great and amazing food they served! Every dish that came out of the kitchen looked so delicious. Every bite was like a bit of heaven! I would recommend this place to everyone. Best service as well!

I think this is my new favorite pizza place. Respectfully serve and great food are everything this days. I love over an hour away, but it’s worth the drive to me.

There was a 20 minute wait when I went on Sunday morning, but totally worth the wait! One of the best breakfast places I've had. The food is delicious. I've tried the creme brulee pancakes and the southern pileup!

You can't make a bad choice on that menu!

Had the Huevos Rancheros Sweet Potato Chili and it blew my mind. Never knew it would taste better than the beef! Gluten free pancakes were so good, you could have ate them without syrup. That good 👍🏻

I appreciate this place, but they should number the tables and orders so they don’t confuse table orders. Other than that, No complaints 👍🏻

The best breakfast I've ever had! The Vegan Blueberry Pancake OMG!!! I could literally have this every day - can't wait to go back and try more of their dishes. Cute place, wonderful service!

First time here and will definitely be back!! I got the grilled cheese and my husband got the southern pile up and both were insane. The flavor was on point, everything cooked well and overall just amazing! The staff were very attentive and welcoming.

When we are in the mood for a real breakfast we travel To Media! I love love love their food ! They have seasonal fritters that are the bomb! Daily specials . There is usually a wait if you go in the later morning , we go early. It’s a small place with amazing breakfast / brunch !

Their biscuits are a must! Bacon cheddar biscuit was delicious as well. I've never had biscuits so light & fluffy in my life. Great, friendly service. Just a pleasure to be there. They make a dynamite Huevos Rancheros too, enough to keep you full all day. (In my best Schwarzenegger accent...) I'll be back!

Gluten free, cream cheese stuffed french toast with bourbon caramel sauce and bananas - need I say more? :) Absolutely delicious and a menu with so many options! Service was great and our server was the sweetest. We’ll be back for sure.

Great brunch place! The staff were super friendly and welcoming. When my mom and I saw the "Hate Has No Home Here" sign on the door we couldn't come in fast enough. The service is speedy. Our waiter came by frequently. I had the French toast BLT. It was massive and delicious. Homes fries were seasoned and crunchy. All in all I will be back.
8/8/22 Update: We finally made it back here!! Let me just say that nothing has changed, in the best way possible. Our waitress was fantastic. She didn't bring us our check until we asked for it. We got just what we came for, a long, relaxing, slow Friday breakfast with amazing food and the best restaurant coffee you'll find any where.

Service was wonderful. The food was creative, filling and delicious. I got huevos ranchero. Husband got omelet. The cornbread was crispy on the outside and soft on inside. Paired scrumptiously with the jalapeno jam. I wasn't able to finish and took a togo box and enjoyed it again at home.

Phenomenal place. Neighborhood vibe. Ultimate breakfast food designs. I had pumpkin fritters with a great caramel and cream sauce. Then I had perfectly prepared poached eggs on sourdough toast. The potatoes are sooo good, crispy and not heavy, fluffy inside. Our server knew the deal - two couples, ready to eat and enjoy, brought lots of coffee, handled orders perfectly, even gracefully avoided my waving over-caffeinated hands as she placed some items on the table.

allow me to reaffirm the plethora of 5 star reviews. the actual quality of the food is fantastic, but more importantly the flavors are too! noticeably clean utensils and a nice staff are just a plus aside from the option to eat outside on the perfect day.

Bittersweet kitchen is the spot to eat breakfast and even lunch for that matter. They do their own unique twist on classic dishes. In addition to their consistent menu, they offer many well thought out specials on a daily basis. On the weekdays its self serve and weekends you get a waiter. This location can draw a hungry crowd, so if you have to wait for a table just be assured that it's totally worth it!

I have been eating at Bittersweet kitchen almost every week since it opened. The food is always good, the owners are wonderful people, and they have warm, friendly, accommodating servers. this is a must visit restaurant in Media.

Aug 21, 2022: Food is amazing. I had tea and they had a great selection of Bigelow teas, both green/black and herbal options. This time we went on a Sunday around 10 am. We had to wait for about 15 mins only. The outdoor seating was nice since it was good weather. Prices are up but not a lot for what you get!

May 22, 2022: Absolutely delicious food and very tasty coffee. Excellent service. Good prices.

What a delight, the hostess was nice, the food delicious and the atmosphere quaint and interesting! Always a good experience when visiting Bittersweet Kitchen.

What a great breakfast experience. I have had avocado toast all over the Delaware Valley. This was the best. (Even without the bacon and tomato 🍅...I a vegetarian and have allergies)
The service was efficient and kind. My husband loved the Southern mess. He said it had a great old fashioned taste that brought back memories! Thank you for a great breakfast !
