Good luck getting a marriage license - this office is absolutely horrific. Angela is terribly rude, as if she’s issuing death certificates not marriage licenses. Was told that cancelling an appointment would lead to the entire office not allowing me to come back. One strike policy for a courthouse?

Have fun talking on the phone to these absolutely toxic individuals. If they could get no star, that would be the option to give them.

Delaware County is absolutely corrupt!!! The system in Delaware Cnty is set up for people to fail, resulting in the end user owing more money to Delaware Cnty. You call to find out what has to be satisfied in order to get your suspended license back and Delaware Cnty will tell you nothing. Now you're left more confused than before you called them, when you're only calling them to do the right thing. So, now you have the entire system against you while you try to do the right thing....then they tack on extra fees like warrant costs even though the warrant should not have been issued because you've tried to make payment arrangements but Delaware Cnty refused to cooperate. Now you owe more money. We all live in the "information age," where info is readily available....but Delaware Cnty refuses to give you information so that they can profit when you havent made payments, yet you havent made payments because THEY refuse to cooperate. Delaware County's system is set up for them to continue to profit off of your mistakes, and continue to go back to jail over and over again, hence making the fines go up more and more. Delaware County intentionally doesnt cooperate so that you spend years paying off more and more fines that have spawned off of just 1 fine.
