I visited the store recently for my wife’s birthday and had an amazing experience with Jen. About a week before our visit, I reached out to the store and talked with the store manager, Alexis, about the experience I was looking to create for my wife. She set us up for a private appointment with an associate and champagne for the full pampering effect. We were scheduled with Jen who is the Assistant Manager at the location. Jen was fantastic with text communications leading up to the visit and was very accommodating on timing. My wife was thrilled with the experience, trying on many different pairs of shoes, listening to insights from Jen, and enjoying several glasses of champagne the whole time. Ended up being a very “Pretty Woman” like experience. Thanks so much for making my wife’s birthday special!

I had a wonderful experience from the moment I walked in the door! Our sales associate, Gabbie, was so sweet and patient. I had wanted the white Loubi Queen 120mm for my upcoming wedding and only saw it marked as sold out online. Gabbie was quick to check their online stock and helped me try on the same shoe in black. Being my first pair of stilettoes I was nervous on the fit but she was super helpful in helping me find the right size. I told her I had to think about it since they are pretty expensive and she gave me her card! There was zero pressure to purchase. I called her back the next day and she sent me the invoice to my email, and in less then 3 days they arrived at the store! They fit perfectly! I will definitely be going back to Gabbie to purchase a pair of their sneakers and a new purse!

Great experience working with Sasha! I called inquiring about a specific product, she recommended stopping in store. I was greeted by security, both sales associates and asked if I needed help. Sasha was very knowledgeable about the differences and was able to help me find the right size and color. I was treated with respect and didn't have any negative experiences, quite the opposite actually. Kudos to you, Sasha! Thank you for all of your help!

I came in a few weeks ago to buy my first pair of Louboutins and I was initially hesitant given the reviews. However, I'm so glad I did because I received such incredible service and I'm so happy with my 85 mm Kate shoes! This is a special shoutout to Shae who was excellent throughout the process and helpful from the moment I walked in. The shoes I wanted were not available (I tried on the suede version) so Shae suggested ordering them and shipping them to my house. Unfortunately I was going on vacation and would be out of town for two weeks. She made a plan to text me when I was back in the area to confirm it was ok to ship them and in the meantime ship them to the store. Just as planned, she texted me the day I came back, she shipped the shoes and they arrived the following day. I was so grateful for the friendly and helpful service... and of course, I love my shoes! :) Thank you!

Had the best experience at this location, due to Margaret the manager! She helped me get two pairs of shoes that I wanted, in my size. She was very helpful, friendly, and personable! Definitely will be coming back and shopping with her from now on 😊

I was look for a special boot for my event that was two days away. The boot was wayyy in Dallas. Karl managed to get them since to me destination because I arrive and the way in ATL. Thank you Karl

I had a stellar experience, Tommi is outstanding. My first visit was in early October and have been looking to 1. Get fitted and 2. Find the Kate black suede 85mm. I was nervous because as many know, a fair amount of these high end stores tend to have unjustifiably snobby sales staff who make you feel as though your money is no good to them. This was not the case, the security guard greeted me kindly and the sales staff were more than welcoming.

I was fortunate that the day I picked was not busy, they offered my friend and I water. Then proceeded to ask what our needs were. I mentioned what I was trying to find and that I was unsure what my size would be, they let me try on a variety of styles and did not pressure me at all. Tommi worked hard to get the exact pair I was wanting and also showed me an amazing clutch to match. Yes, they are expensive in there but you should know this prior to entering the store.

It is fun to look however, these people have a job to do as well and being a serious purchaser who asks questions and is respectful makes the entire process better.

Once I received my shoes I was worried they were not fitting properly. Tommi had texted me asking how I was enjoying my purchase, I voiced my concerns and she was happy to help. I live about an hour from the store so the day I spoke to her (Monday) she ordered another pair a size smaller to be ready for my Saturday visit. I was greeted with smiles and upbeat demeanor despite the store being extremely packed. She took the time to make me feel valued, gave me a quiet spot to try my shoes on and looked at my current pair, offering suggestions and giving me real advice. In the end I kept the original pair and used gel inserts which fixed my minor issue. This pleasant experience has been shared with many people and I highly recommended visiting the store and supporting the brand.

My shoes and handbag get a lot of compliments. I like knowing I can go back to this store and not be pressured, be shown respect and can have a real
Conversation with the staff. I cannot say that about many of the other luxury stores.

I visited the boutique after receiving a pair of boots for Christmas that were the incorrect size. They didn’t carry that specific boot in store, but I was given several pair to try for size and to see if there was another pair I might like. In the end I truly wanted the original pair, so they ordered them for me. They were then shipped from the boutique to my home and are on my feet one week after visiting. Our saleswoman was Gabby, was sweet and incredibly helpful. The other ladies were also knowledgeable and friendly and the service I received was as awesome as one would expect in a high end boutique. Beautiful store, great service, and red soles...it was a terrific experience!

I absolutely adoreeed everyone in that store! They were all so attentive , personable, and kind. They went out of their way to assist me in every way possible. If it wasn’t in store they were searching online for it! On the scale of 1 to Chick-fil-A the customer service was on Chick-fil-A level.

The store is very well organized, I was greeted when I walked in the store. The staff answered every question about a particular shoe that I liked for my husband but the shoe wasn’t in stock. I will return to purchase for a pair of shoes for myself.
