My sister stayed here. The rooms small but very nice. She said breakfast was good. Location in Mall corridor, so lots of restaurants. Pool nice, could have been warmer. How about putting in a jacuzzi. Front desk staff super. My sister said the price was good.

Good price and room, employee at the front desk was nice! Mall, stores and food within walking distance!

Everything was as expected. Our room was clean, comfortable and smartly decorated, although a bit small. There was a refrigerator in one of the cabinets. Shower had dispensers for shampoo, conditioner and body wash (didn't use so can't comment). Plenty of free parking. Our room had 2 queen beds though, and only 1 set of towels (we got more on request). The included breakfast was typical hotel breakfast.

We had a comfortable and pleasant stay here. It’s location near the mall and restaurants are a plus. Room was clean and relaxing. We were able to enjoy a quiet weekend despite the many hockey kids in the hotel. Our front desk lady was a sweetheart too! We will return!

Everyone from Erie , Karen (manager) Thea, John, and our “breakfast girl”Ariel went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant and all my needs were taken care of. They were all very friendly. I come to Erie a lot for work and there is no where else I would want to stay . Highly recommended !! Thank you guys for a wonderful stay once again !

Easily one of the best hotels I have visited. The price was right, breakfast included and clean. When we arrived at midnight the woman that checked us in greeted us with such a great smile and cheery disposition. If we are in Erie again we will definitely be staying here. Comfy beds and great pillows!! Highly recommend.

The staff went above and beyond to help us. We came for an outdoor football game in December. Our shoes were cold and soaking wet. The hotel staff dried them for us, so we didn’t have to travel home the next day uncomfortable.

The room layout was very comfy and the furniture was clean. The shower door didn't stay closed so the floor got soaked but other that that, it was great.

Great as always. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We really like and enjoy the renovations. The staff from front desk to housekeeping are awesome. We drive to and from Illinois two to three times a year from new Hampshire and this is the only place we will stay

I stayed for one night last week and was very pleased with the hotel. I used the Marriott app and mobile check-in, so when I arrived around 5:00 pm I went straight to my room and did not have to use the front desk at all. Could not be any easier!
My room was large and very clean. Very nice bathroom. The hotel is in a quiet location but very close to numerous restaurants, making takeout simple. I will definitely return on my next visit to Erie.

We had a very kind and accomodating employee at the front desk - he gave us spare toothbrushes, brought extra blankets to our room, and recommended a yummy Mexican restaurant down the road! (Unfortunately, I cannot recall his name, but he had glasses and I hope he gets the praise he deserves for being such a good employee!)

The whole place was clean and cozy. Overall, just a good no-fuss, comfortable place to lay your head down for the night.

Staff was so pleasant and helpful, room was clean. Continental breakfast was a huge plus and had a great selection of items. I was on the 2nd floor and the water pressure was fantastic. Will definitely return when my job takes me back to Erie.

Stayed here with my family. Clean hotel, courteous and friendly staff, great location, and tasty breakfast. One morning of our stay the breakfast crew were short staffed. The hotel manager stepped up and helped out serving breakfast, making sure everybody was taken care of. I will stay here again.

HAD A WONDERFUL Easter
Needed a pet friendly hotel. So glad we picked this one. From the manager Rob who greeted us on arrival and kept up with us while we were there, to Alicia at the front desk who was very friendly and genuinely interested if everything was alright on a regular basis and Terri in housekeeping who kept our room spotless, our stay was a pure pleasure. The hot breakfast was excellent with good choices. The location was terrific for shopping and dining. Not a wrinkle in the stay. Highly recommend this place to all.

This is such a nice place. The front desk worker is such a wonderful lady! There's an indoor pool, and a free full breakfast. The room and bathroom were clean, and the bed was soft. I would stay here again in a heart beat!

I stayed here when I had an interview at LECOM. They offered me a special rate due to the association to the school. The location was amazing! So many stores, restaurants, and things to do all close by. Plus it was only 5 minutes away from LECOM. The rooms are so clean, modern, and comfortable. The showers have full-sized shampoo, conditioner, and body wash that all smell amazing and are good quality. The complimentary breakfast was a great bonus. All of these things made my stay very relaxing and I was well rested for the big day the next day.

The hotel is marvelous and the staff is friendly. It is clean and that is a number one concern with covid right now. The indoor pool is closed but with all the store and activities in town I am unbothered by that and you can't blame the company for having to take steps to protect the customers from covid. They also don't have the hot breakfast buffet due to covid but they do have a grab and go breakfast available to substitute. I think this hotel is doing a great job with adjusting and keeping customers satisfied and safe during the pandemic!

Very clean, comfy bed, super quiet, but best of all, great service. I was checking out and had my little travel cooler in hand. I was behind schedule but needed ice and asked where the ice machine was located. The friendly woman working the desk told me it was up on the 3rd floor. I said, ohhh well Nevermind then. I didn’t have time to go back upstairs. I began to make myself coffee, and she said...no worries, I’m going to get you ice. She quickly grabbed a plastic bag and dashed up the stairs and by the time I was finished with making my coffee, she was back down with a giant bag of ice for my cooler. Wow! I was so greatful! That was SO kind of her! 😄
