Holiday Inn Erie, an IHG Hotel

Loved this hotel stay! Very convenient access from I-90. The hotel appears to be brand new as all the common areas and the room itself were fresh and clean. The bed was comfortable with firmer and softer pillow options. Room is also spacious, with a nice chair and ottoman to relax. I enjoyed that there is a bar & restaurant in house. It was very nice to have a place to dine and unwind on site, after a long day on the road. The last I want to do after a long drive is get back in the car to find dinner. Loved that this amenity was available! I am really not sure how you could rate this place anything less than 5 stars??

Our stay here was great. First thing I want to do is say thank you to Que for her amazing customer service and warm smile! She was great, helpful, and so kind! The room was clean, and the hotel is in a prime area. I would recommend staying here to any of my friends and family.

Took myself on a mini break to this place. It's practically brand new, extremely clean and well-maintained and the bed is one of the comfiest I have ever slept in. Great location, awesome parking and a fantastic staff. I highly recommend staying here ☺

Booked last minute for 2 nights! Came into a very clean and comfortable room. Today we came back from brunch and housekeeping had been in our room and freshened it up so nicely! Very impressed, definitely would stay here again!

The room was clean, the beds were super comfortable, and the rate was fair. We just needed a place to sleep but then saw how close it was to Presque Isle State Park, so we did a quick visit there before heading out of Erie. Good food options are nearby, too. We'll stay here again if we get back to the area.

Beautiful new hotel, beautiful inside. Rooms are very nice. Staff was friendly & helpful. Pool is nice but super chlorinated & not very large. About 2½ ft to, it says, 4 ft deep & fairly small in size but nice to take a quick dip & cool off. Small gym area. All around are a number of stores from Aldis (literally next door) to Dollar Tree, Walmart, Target, along with great places to eat & a decent movie theater all on Peach Street. Right off I-90 exit, easy access with a traffic light at the intersection you turn to get into the road it's on.

We enjoyed a problem free, pleasant one night stay in this well maintained and modern hotel. The service was also excellent.

After a disappointing experience with another hotel chain it was a treat to stay here. The room was big, clean, light, and airy. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was pristine. The staff were all friendly and professional. The breakfast was great.

We enjoyed our first time staying at the hotel. After reading the reviews we decided to make the reservation right away and we have a great experience. The staffs are friendly and have good hospitality. The hotel are clean and well organized. Gym room, pool and laundry room available. Parking lots is huge. Dead end street ensures quiet night time.
The location is very convenient and easy to find. Nearby everything you would need. Easy to say we will return for our next trips and would highly recommend! Thank you!!

Great hotel. The standard double room has a hot tub, pull out couch and very spacious size. Everything was very clean and convenient location right off the highway

Nice clean hotel. Great staff. The bar was not great. Bartender seemed like he did not want business. 9$ for a 12 oz draft? I think he just wanted to keep on playing on his phone. The 1st room we were in the heat made noises all night. Banging sounds! Ugh! The front desk moved us immediately in the morning to another room! Yeah! Great front desk service.

I wasn't expecting much from the little restaurant in the Hotel but the food was excellent and the rooms were nice.

Great location for travelers. Restaurant/bar on site serving burgers and apps. New hotel with great lounge seating and outdoor space. Back patio definitely needs a gas fire pit.

Clean and very updated amenities and they handled an angry customer in the lounge professionally. Breakfast isn't free you can add it when booking the room. A lot of hotels have stopped adding the free breakfast but the quality of the breakfast significantly increased when doing this. Only downside was the loud group drinking outside by their vehicle

I must say I stay on the 4 th floor always because it seems to be the cleanest.I’ve stayed there many times I actually request fourth floor . Outstanding house keeping and very nice place

Great location close to everything. I've been staying here when they were only open a few months and have been back once or twice a year since then and the service gets better. Initially the employee shortage affecting the areaade breakfast slow here but things are much faster. Rooms are nicest and clean.

This hotel is new, modern (plenty of electrical sockets and USB ports) and has a good location.The rooms were comfortable and clean. The pool was clean and warm, with towels and chairs.

We loved staying at this hotel. It's a relatively new one and all the equipment is pretty modern. The bathroom is amazing, we always look for walk in showers when booking a hotel and this was our favorite one yet. The hotel is right off of Peach St so everything is super close but at the same time you're at the end of a dead end street so it's quiet during the day and at night.
