Not only did they help me navigate my insurance claim in what was a confusing situation, but the work was done beautifully and the crew was especially helpful to me when we had to deal with some surprise circumstances. Anytime I had a question during the process, my emails were answered fast. Kudos all around.

Tile roofs are just plain expensive to fix. The workers need to be top drawer. Don t settle for inexperience, use Garlock.

After hail damage they were the only company that took time to look at my roof( called other roofers). Dave Houck was very responsible and helpful in this process; so we were able to start an insurance claim. We needed some carpentry work done before the roof was replaced, to repair some decorative trim.Their carpenter was very skillful and did an excellent job with the unique decorative trim on our older home.They worked with us on scheduling the roofing crew when it worked for our family's schedule . The roofing crew worked very hard and longer on one day due to the threat of rain. The process to get our insurance claim payment was so easy,once the work was done, thanks to what Garlock-French did on their end.

Had heating cables installed along roofline and in gutter/downspout. Work done with great attention to detail. This has been our experience with all work done by Garlock-French on our 120-year-old house.

They were very easy to work with and had an excellent, quality product (we used euroshield rubber shingles) and most importantly, they worked well with our solar installers for coordinating the install of the solar brackets. It was a seamless process and for us as first time homeowners who'd never put on a roof before. Their expertise and knowledge was invaluable. Highly recommend.

We had hail damage from a storm in August 2020 and chose Garlock French based on a recommendation from a friend. Their sales person, David, was absolutely terrific. He was immediately able to identify that we had a likely insurance claim (based on our hostas!) and identified the damage clearly on the roof. He arranged to be present when the insurance adjuster came, so that he could walk through the damage. He was regularly in touch to keep us apprised of the process for the roof claim and the timeline for the project.

We ended up waiting until spring for the replacement, in part because we have solar panels and wanted to arrange for them to be down as short a time as possible. Garlock-French did a great job working with our solar company to coordinate.

We also added some insulation over one part of the house, and Garlock-French was willing to work with us to install the insulation as long as we had it on site on the job day. It was very smooth.

Our only hiccup was in aligning the payments from the insurance company with the Garlock-French invoice. As promised at the outset, their staff worked to make sure we just owed our insurance deductible and no more.

The roof install was done very well and looks great. The shingles and the metal trim looks very professional and neat, and the roofers did a great job of cleaning up. We'd definitely use them again!

Hail damage forced us into what can be a unpleasant process. David Koch was very knowledgeable, and helpful in working with our insurance company to get a timely resolution to the roof replacement. The scheduling department also worked with our special requests, and was able to keep the planned start & finish dates while dealing with weather delays and other customers scheduling requests.The crew that did the work were polite, and efficient, they protected my wife’s gardens, and the final clean up was done very well. During the final city inspection of the complete work, the inspector said “ I’m familiar with Garlock French, they do really good work” . Thank you Garlock French for making this a pleasant experience.

The school I volunteered at needed their gutters repaired and a missing downspout replaced. We got a bid last fall, too late to do the work until this spring. Garlock-French not only honored the bid but did the work for less than the quote. They were very considerate and handled a couple extra calls graciously. I'll use them again.
