Amanda is incredible! She has really helped with my muscle pain and is always willing to work on the areas that are bothering me the most. The space is also so relaxing and inviting. Highly recommend!

Went to a women's retreat. Very well done. Enjoyed every minute. Staff were all wonderful. Had a great massage and facial. Then had a wonderful meal and time to relax and regroup for ourselves. Highly recommend. This retreat and services from kairos .

Kairos put together a Spa Holiday Retreat that was a perfect mix of relaxation and fun. There were thoughtful details throughout the Firehouse Library location, the massages were so good, and the food was delicious.

I had one of the best deep tissue massages I have ever had, with Christian, last week. It was an hour and a half and he never let up on pressure. He was able to identify troubled areas and give them extra attention. He was warm and friendly and made me feel extremely comfortable. I will definitely go back again!

My daughter was very nervous, but by the time we were done, my daughter wanted me to schedule another appointment. Been coming here for awhile just for maintenance care to my regularly abused muscles. Very reasonably priced, great service, and nice atmosphere. Everyone is super nice and genuinely seems to care about making you feel better. Recommended.

First time using Kairos services. My husband gets a massage every 6 weeks. Annie was so great. She asked about my issues, and used her knowledge to recommend what would benefit me most. She was firm in her technique and always kept in touch with how I was feeling. I will also now be an every 6 week client. They have a great selection of essential oils and soy candles made by local businesses. Got a great massage and 3 Christmas gifts at the same place.
