The team was able to complete an assessment and get the new roof on within 6 weeks from start to finish!

They coordinated docs with HOA and were in and out leaving no mess!

On Monday, April 15th 2024, Brubaker Brothers crew - Bobby, Chris and Chandler replaced my roof. I am satisfied with the appearance, cleanup and can't wait till it rains 😄. At 63 years old, cleaning gutters was out of my league anymore. I reached out to Brubaker Bros for an estimate on gutter guard and new 10x16 shed roof. They were the winner of my job. Dealing with Lori was a pleasure. I always wanted a weathervane on my shed. I was referred to Brubaker Brothers by my realtor. I lived in Texas and was buying a 123-year-old home in Elizabethtown, PA...yikes! What was I thinking? Having co-owned a roofing company in Texas for 20 years, I knew just by the inspector's photos that the roof needed to be replaced asap, and Joe's inspection confirmed it. I researched a few other companies in the area before calling Brubaker Brothers, but after a long conversation with Lori I knew that's who I wanted to do the job.

The job seemed pretty straight forward. However, when Bobby, the crew chief, began to tear off the old rubber on the flat areas we found that the supporting structure was completely rotted. The extent of the damage was shocking to all of us! Since the entire flat portion of the roof had to be rebuilt anyway, Bobby consulted with the owners, Lori and Joe, and all agreed that it would be best to rebuild it with a slight pitch and install additional gutters to properly drain the water away from the house. Because of the unforeseen complications the job took longer than originally planned, but the work was meticulous and the price was reasonable. I would highly recommend Brubaker Brothers Roofing & Siding to anyone looking for an honest contractor!!

This business is outstanding. They gave us an estimate in a timely manner. We had gotten three estimates and they had the best price AND top-notch customer service.They were always in touch about when our roof would get repaired and stuck to the timeline. Super friendly CS/owner! I needed a 40ft gutter placed onto my garage and they came through with flying colors. Placed extra hangers as I requested and and matched the color to the existing trim. Call Lori, she's the best!!

This was a great experience working with burbaker roofing company. They communicated with me every step of the way, they cleaned up everything ( I was thinking when they were done there would be some nails left but there was nothing), and when we weren’t 100% on the color they showed us some house that were the colors we were thinking, this helped us a lot. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

This is the second time we've used Brubaker Bros. They installed a new roof and gutters and made some window repairs on my father's home several years ago prior to sale of his home. They removed the 100+ year old slate roof and gutters on our home earlier this summer. They also installed rubber roofing on the flat section that had previously been incorrectly roofed with shingles. This was an extremely messy job - brittle slate and slate dust . Both crews did a great job! They even took pictures of the new flat section that is not visible from the ground! Our gutters were bent and twisted causing water to overflow down the sides of the house and enter the basement. No problem with that now - basement is dry. The guys were friendly, paid attention to detail, and accommodated our multi-color choices for downspouts. They installed new sheathing - original was 100+ years old like the roof - and had 1 1/2" gaps throughout. We feel confident now with our new roof and don't have to worry about leaks and water damage. Lori and Joe Funck, the owners, were a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this company.
