Both personnel and the service here were excellent! Nikki was very knowledgeable and friendly to talk with, which made the experience even better. I was able to set up an appointment quickly, and get ear impressions done for molded headphones without any issue. I would highly recommend for any and all your hearing related needs!

Nikki handled everything; and was thorough, professional and friendly.
She tested my hearing more extensively than prior Audiologists; and explained my type of hearing loss and the options for improving my hearing.
She interfaced with my Medicare Advantage plan, made molds and wrote up the order for new higher tech aids.
My only negative is that one of the door could not accommodate my wheelchair.

Dr. Kessler is knowledgeable and thorough with the audiology exam and takes the time to explain the results. I had a pair of behind-the-ear hearing aids that I stopped using because of poor fittings and she refit them with new ear plugs that made all the difference in terms of staying in place. I like the fact that she remains independent of "name brand" firms that specialize in hearing aids, and she is consumer oriented. I trust her expertise, and experience and plan to continue to utilize her services.

I have been wearing hearing aids for 25 years. I have had many hearing tests. In the past no one ever gave me a copy of my hearing test...until now. I truly enjoyed my visit. Dr Kessler was very accomplished at her work. She gave the best hearing exam I have ever had. In addition to that she fine tuned my hearing aids.
