I bought a 2017 Santa Fe Sport 2.0T Ultimate from Mayo Motors on 6/13/24..The experience was so nice, no pushing or pressure on what car to buy at all. Tony was very helpful and worked out a great deal for me. The whole process of buying the car was so smooth and easy. Tony was very professional and courteous and knowledgeable. I am very happy with my car and would recommend Mayo Autos to anyone looking to buy a low mileage used car. All of their cars are in excellent shape and there is no junk cars there.

Buying a car isn't always thought of as a pleasant experience, but Mayo Autos was such a dream to get a car from! They were quick, honest, and beyond easy to work with. We love our car (it was such a great price and in such great condition!), and we love just how easy and painless they made the whole experience!

My boyfriend has purchased his last two cars from here and highly recommended them. After searching, and visiting a few dealers (which all gave me ridiculous monthly payments quotes) I decided to check out Mayo.

Tony was very quick to respond to my text messages and the car was ready for me to test drive as soon as I got there. I’m not sure of the associates name, but he was also very helpful answering my questions about the vehicle and did the paperwork with me.

I purchased a 2019 Kia Sorento, with only 15k miles on it and I’m very happy with it. The monthly payments are great for me, and the whole process was so much shorter and straight forward rather than going to a big dealers where they try to take advantage and play games going back and forth with what deals they can make.

I would give them 20 stars if i could. I got a beautiful suv from them. It is a 2016 and it looks brand new. But even better than the car was the customer service. My saleperson Chris was great, helpful but absolutely not pushy. I drove it and signed the papers on a Saturday. I came back to pick it up on Monday and they had done a fully review, noticed a small issue and proactively told me as soon as i arrived and had the correction in the works already. Issue resolved and i am over the moon with this car. That is amazing customer service. I love place.

My father purchased a 2004 Mazda 6 from these guys back in 2008. Shortly after that, I purchased a 1994 Mazda MX-5 Miata which I fell in love with and the photos are of the Miata I purchased off of them, One photo I took, and the rest are from there add they had for the vehicle.. I later moved out of the area. No longer have either vehicle, but my partner and I came down to visit family, and we were looking for something different at a great price. I recommended Mayo Autos based on my experience and the vehicles they sell and their prices. We looked at a Ford Escape and the guy who helped us, was extremely nice, and allowed us to take it for a test drive. They were extremely honest sellers, very caring and didn't push you into anything just to make a profit. To me, that is a great salesmen. We unfortunately passed on the Escape to look up our way, but based on past experiences, this place is highly recommended. I wouldn't hesitate what so ever or give it a second thought about not going here for a vehicle. If they have one you like, go for it. I think they have to be one of the best smaller dealerships. Smaller dealerships in my opinion are better. They are more honest than bigger companies.

Great customers service over the phone and in person.. Was in and out in less then 1hr.. Chris and Tony really did a great job of taking care of me. I drove over 2hr for the car and love my new purchase .. Thanks again guys..

Exceptional customer service and the used car I purchased was in excellent condition. Tony and his team answered all my questions in a timely manner and went out of their way to accommodate me. Very professional and they made the whole process so easy. Couldn’t find this car at this price anywhere else, and I love my vehicle. Avoid the hassle of dealing with a large dealership with large markups and check out this family business that has been selling cars for over 50 years.

Just purchased our third vehicle with Mayo and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! My husband is still driving the Nissan Altima he purchased 9 years ago and has never experienced any issues. I just traded in the BMW purchased from Mayo 4 years ago, which also had no issues that entire time. Chris and Tony were very helpful with our recent purchase of an Audi Q5. I fell in love with this vehicle immediately. Their inventory offers a great variety, including luxury, well-maintained vehicles. Mayo will continue to be our favored car dealership! Friendly, no pressure sales that can’t be beat!!

My wife and I were in the Market for a new car (specifically a Kia Soul + '14-'18). After visiting a few places, we started getting an idea for what kind of Kia Soul + we wanted and how much we felt we should pay for it. My wife (ever the researcher) found Mayo through the interwebs,(we live an hour and a half away) and browsed their inventory. Amazingly, she found a '15 Kia Soul + fully loaded in prestine condition with only 14,000 miles on it for only 16k (which is only 500$ more than a '16 Soul + base with 20 thousand more miles and slight wear and tear was going for near us).

We also had a trade-in, and even with its damage, they still offered us near-market (for a dealership trade-in) price.

Chris and the finance manager behind the scenes (sorry, I forgot his name) were very nice, accommodating, and worked efficiently to have us in and out. Not to mention they answered all our questions (complete transparency).

I've been buying cars at the big dealerships for years, and after this experience, I think I've been doing it all wrong.

My wife loves her like-new, fully loaded, Soul +....and I love the payments.

Great car good price was willing to fix burnt bulbs in cabin after purchase.

I was in need of a new car due to a Mini that just wasn't what I needed at the time. I started shopping around at the big dealers first to see what kind of offers I could get and what kind of car I could get with my money. Not only were they overpriced but they were very vague with their numbers and pushy as well.

I drive past Mayo's fairly often and always saw the cars they put out are clean. I decided to check their site and stopped in for a test drive. I worked with Tony and there was no pressure at all. He let me take the car for a spin and had my trade numbers ready for me when I returned. I had some other test drives scheduled so I didn't take the car that day. It ended up being the best one I test drove both at volume dealers and other used car lots. We talked numbers over the next day or two and came to a deal we were both happy with. I opted to buy the car from Mayo and it may have been one of the fastest and easiest car buying experiences I have ever had. Instead of sitting at a dealer for hours while they get the sales manager involved, there was only one contact to deal with. All my paper work was ready to go by the time I got there to pick up the car and within minutes, I was out enjoying my new ride.

If anyone is looking for a used car that is in great shape, I would say check Mayo Autos out. They have quality clean cars and are great to deal with.

The process was seamless. Emailed late one night and received a response 630 the next morning. Received fair value + for my trade in. Tony was friendly and efficient. Mayo's prices were far below other's in the area, so no need to even haggle a little. I drove an hour and 15 minutes to purchase this vehicle due to the price point. A positive experience all around. This was my first experience at Mayo Autos. Tony was very friendly and accommodating. Purchased a 2015 BMW 320i. Entire process took maybe an hour, including a trade and financing.
