My experience at Remax in center valley was As wonderful and stress free as possible. It was by far the finest job I have ever dealt with in the past real estate endeavors. Tim Bonner and Bob Dandi were incredible. They both came to my home and immediately we hit off. They were kind , polite , and professional throughout the process.
Bob knows everything about the area and about the entire process from the real estate to the mortgage process , Bob knew. If we were stuck bob would get us through it. He was incredibly knowledgeable and had contacts everywhere, he knew everyone.
Tim was great because he took care of the details and holding our hands throughout the experience. If I needed to speak to someone about anything to do with real estate. Well Tim was there anytime of day and any day of the week.
Together they were a perfect team. I Will use them anytime I need the expertise they provide and will refer them to friends and family.

The most disrespectful property manager I have ever met. They fix the bare minimum just so that the property passes inspection. If you want more stories find me and I'll tell you personally. Don't ever rent anything through them.

Worst experience in the world bob dandi and his title company is a bunch of unprofessional, disrespectful, lazy individuals in the world my closing was delayed because of them , bob is a lair and disrespectful man I’ve ever came across. If you want a stress free experience never use this company
