Everyone in American eagle store was friendly and so helpful, pretty much like family there I guess you can say. I just bought two pairs of black flip flops there and I got a good deal on them. For those of you who never shopped her please give American eagle store a chance, you just might wind up liking it in there

I had such a great experience at AE. I went in looking for 1 pair of jeans, I ended up leaving with 2 and a new top. Dominick was super helpful and helped me pair this top with high waisted jeans and I loved the combo. I never would have picked up that too for myself but he had me try it on anyway and I absolutely loved it! Very pleased with how he listened to what I was looking for and applied his expertise/twist to it! 10/10!!

Nicolette was truly so helpful and kind when helping me find my size in a particular mom jean that I was looking for! She went above and beyond with locating some surrounding stores that had the jeans in stock! She was very knowledgeable about the different styles and lengths of jeans, and she provided amazing advice about which style would fit me best! She even offered multiple times to go out to the floor and search for different jean sizes while I was in the fitting room! Nicolette provided me with a wonderful shopping experience and I will forever be returning to American Eagle!

My two daughters shop there all the time. Each time the salesmen and women are incredibly patient and helpful. They really customize the shopping experience to each customer. Today's visit was amazing as usual and Victor was incredible. He helped my daughter find what she needed and offered advice on styles and colors that would match her body type. We stopped going to the Lehigh Valley Mall because the sales help were always rushed and at times quite rude. We love the Promenade store and are grateful for all their help.

Dominic Esposito WOW. This gentleman and his staff deserve Recognition and a raise. It is very difficult in this world to find a customer service rep in a retail store friendly, caring and willing to help their customer on a human level. Mr. Esposito did just that and went above and beyond for my situation. He genuinely cared and wanted to see me succeed in finding the items I so desperately needed for a new job. The staff helped each other in finding a certain tank top I needed in multiples. Even though it was not in the store Dominic searched Online and ask questions about what I specifically needed. It was truly like talking to a friend I knew for years. Congratulations American eagle for finding this GEM! I highly suggest you hold onto him because he will go places! Thank you Dominic for making a difference!

I had awesome help from two ladies, one of which pulled numerous sizes and styles of jeans for me. The other was looking online for a particular style. This was super cool because I had my baby on my hip, which made it difficult to look for clothes. So glad I came in today!!

Went in to return a pair of jeans & buy some new ones and Victor made some great recommendations based on my body type and personal style. He was a gem to chat with and he definitely sold me more than what I came in for!

I go here all the time almost all the clothing I own of from AE even my sunglasses are from here. Friendly staff and good quality clothing. While the men's side is a bit lacking in options for shirts if you come back in a month there's usually new stuff but for the women's side there's a lot of different clothing options.

Small area and didnt have as much clothes as a regular American Eagle would have however, it was pleasant and the crew members were very engaging.
