I strongly recommend this clinic. The nurses and Dr. Hatchett are all very caring. They are meticulous in their procedures and examinations. They are also very transparent about the charges and costs of the treatment.

Dr. Hatchett is amazing and seriously one of the best veteranarians I've ever had the pleasure of bringing my fur babies to. She's thorough, knowledgeable and will walk you through everything!!

We have been with West Valley for 20+ years because Dr. Hatchett and her team are kind, responsive, skilled, and never make you feel rushed or unheard. They make sure your questions are answered, and provide the best care for your pets.

Very friendly staff. Everyone has been helpful, we got out male neutered here along with his microchip and rabies shots. It's been a year of their service and I can't complain one bit.

It can be a challenge finding a veterinarian that truly cares about, and understands rabbits. Karen and Dr. Hatchett were absolutely incredible. They were both so gentle and kind to my Leonardo. Dr. Hatchett listened to my concerns and what I had to say, and after her exam, provided a comprehensive summary of her findings and possible routes to take. I left this practice feeling confident in the care my rabbit received. My rabbits are truly precious to me and to see them receiving proper care and attention meant the world to me. The office was so clean and the staff were all so sweet, despite it being late on a Thursday. I can't say enough positive things about this place. THANK YOU for treating our beloved pets like family. It means more than you know! Dr. Hatchett, you are wonderful! And Karen, thank you for being so patient and sweet to my boy. ❤ I will most certainly be back and will be happy bringing my other two "kids" here!

Thoroughly pleased with the level of service and the way in which my pups interacts with individuals at this facility. Dr. Martha Hatchett is very patient and thorough while addressing concerns and/or providing recommendations. I also love the fact I can reference an emailed summary detailing my pups visit. Visits are reasonably priced.

We're crazy pet people, having multiple cats, dogs and rabbits (exotics) over the years, almost all seniors and almost all having, at one time or another, an unexpected and urgent medical condition. Whether popped cysts that required the tail's amputation, double hernias or teeth accesses, Doc Hatchett and the staff have always handled my panicked phone calls with great patience and understanding and gotten the critter in question in for care. They take care of the human during pet euthanasias, too. Caring and compassionate.

Dr.Hatchett and her entire staff are wonderful! I have taken my cat for routine exams, emergencies and recently dental work. Their prices are very reasonable, they are very good at communicating information and truly care about your fur baby. If you're looking for a Vet, I highly recommend!

I always feel like my cats are in good hands and well cared for. Dr Hatchett is very thorough and she takes time explaining any concerns both during their visit, as well as with follow-up reports.

Update to previous review:
We recently (4/18/2023) took our 7 month old Pug puppy “Monty” to West Valley Animal to be neutered, nasal stenosis repair, hip X-rays and to be microchipped. As always the care our pup received was top notch. Dr Hatchet is the most caring, knowledgeable Veterinarian we’ve ever dealt with. She always makes time for all your questions and genuinely cares about our pets. She also has the best staff anywhere, everyone is kind and extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We’ve been using their wonderful service for many years and can’t imagine ever going anywhere else. We recommend West Valley highly! Thanks for all you do.

I Love this vet clinic. The only problem i have ever had with them is that I moved to far away. Obviously That is not their problem but my own. They treated both of my pets with love on every visit and were always gentle.

Took my cat, Whiskers for blood in her urine. First time she was at a vet. This place is legitimate and I will definitely use them again. Becky was very nice and Dr. Hatchet was very thorough. She even spoke with me on the phone for fifteen minutes. Only negative is I could not enter the facility due to Covid so my kitty had to be solo. Definitely good communicators and I felt very thorough and caring.

Great place to take your animals. We feel very comfortable taking our cat here, we know she is in good hands!

Dr. Hatchett came highly recommended from one of my co-workers and we are happy we decided to go there for a second opinion. She is now the only person we want to take our cat to.

Her prices are very reasonable as well!

Always friendly, professional, and keeps my fur baby as their priority.
Only one vet, so I often can't get in as quickly as I'd like. However, if it's an emergency, they get me in on same day.

Dr. Hatchett is the most caring, patient, and experience vet in the Lehigh Valley! She took her time with my bunny Waffle in all his teeth trims (we go to her once a month) and all her staff are very friendly. I would definitely recommend anyone who’s in need of a vet (big or small) to her! She’s one of the few around here who does exotics and she is wonderful!

My puppy injured his ear, and has had to have 2 surgical procedures. I have check-ups each week while he's recovering, but they are so kind and welcoming when I call and ask them to take an extra look (for which They don't charge me) They are always understanding when I call with numerous questions. They are gentle with both my dog's and I am thrilled to have them as our vet

The dr and staff are great! I only go here although I live an hour away ...they are worth the trip.I must say also that they very reasonable in price too. I suggest this place to all who want an great veterinarian.

Absolutely the best. Dr. Hatchett and the entire staff is caring, friendly, understanding and concerned with your situation and your pet's health, comfort and happiness. We couldn't ask for more. We've been with them for many years through many furry family members. Together we have enjoyed the journey from babies to adults - yearly exams, operations and sadly, gently helped them go when needed. I can't say enough good about Dr. Hatchett. She obviously sets the standard for the office and she sets it well. They are all outstanding.

Dr Hatchett was my very first vet. She was so gracious when she had to put my first cat down. I was just a kid but she made such a lasting impression on my whole family. Now I just recently rescued a dog and apparently I have come full circle and faced to face with Dr Hatchett once again. We both started out near Danilesville and now we’ve ended up down the street from each other near trexlertown. I’m thinking it’s fate. Not to mention I had an extreme rescue case that needed a ton of attention. The entire staff offered my baby more love and attention that I could ever ask for! They love it when we stop in and my dog actually LOVES going there! I’ve never had an animal enjoy a vet visit so this tells me a lot! I always say...trust your pet cause they are better in tune with their instincts then we could ever imagine!
