Chick-fil-A

We love Chick Fil A, but this particular location is the best. No matter how busy it is, the experience is ALWAYS friendly, fast and efficient. I remember being hesitant going during the trunk or treat because the place was absolutely packed. Pleasantly surprised, they run a tight ship there and we were in an out fast, employees were helpful and food was all correct. The restaurant is always clean, which is not always the case for fast food restaurants in general. I especially appreciate the events and family nights they put together. Honestly, they should give customer service lessons to other businesses and restaurants!

Love Chick-fil-A. Always a pleasant experience to grab a bite to eat there. The staff goes above and beyond with great service and politeness even when the crowd is huge. The line always seems to move quickly and efficiently. The tables are cleaned quickly for a smooth turnaround. The store itself is always clean despite the aforementioned crowd. Regardless if I'm hungry or not, I always pick up at least a sandwich to take home. The waffle fries are always on point, the nuggets are good, and the milkshakes are outstanding!!

Although it can get crowded and you may have to wait a little their chicken is delicious. Whether a sandwich or a meal absolutely delicious.

Love this store and the best thing is that they accept EBT card for salads 🥗 and cold stuff 🪪

Great management and staff. Food was hot and ready.

The staff is amazing!! We placed a catering order for this morning and it was completely ready and accurate! 45 boxed lunches and salads! They are all so nice, everyone was professional and friendly! Cannot thank them enough! The Cross Country team we were feeding said it was so good! Thank you!❤

It was quiet when we first arrived and then got busy halfway through our meal. The staff went above and beyond to make the place accessible for patrons. I can see where people can just come in take up space that is meant for patrons. The place was clean and the staff where helpful with all our questions.

These people are such good employees. The food, as always, is mediocre fast food that some people seem to love. It might have something to do with how good the honey mustard is

Tasty, Juicy, and Plump chicken sandwiches. The crew is always respectful and polite. Sometimes it gets a bit messy in the dining area, and the lay out is poor, it would benefit from having more space for the volume of customers they are serving.

Chick-fil-A has one award-winning place to get a chicken. The chicken is like no other very tender very soft very tasty and just perfect Chick-fil-A is the place to go enjoy

Chick-fil-a has great, fresh food and it's fast and convenient but much better then your classic "fast food restaurants". A+

Sandwiches are prepared with care. Everything was hot and fresh. Condiments given out with no hassle. Drinks were full strength.
Employees actually were smiling! Competition, take note.

Packed as usual, my son and I were very happy and impressed. The staff was very patient with me while I was (still) deciding what we wanted to order, even though it was crowded they had lots of staff and we did not feel rushed. They even asked if we needed any condiments or help with anything else. Very friendly and polite as well, good atmosphere.

The one lady on drive thru speaker is extremely loud and her voice is piercing

So the LHV Mall is kind of always a disaster, but Christmas turns it into something way worse. The stuff nightmares are made of. I Hate the mall with such a ferocious passion that I wish Amazon would finish them off already.

With all that said: Chik fil A was jam-packed. I mean JAM packed. Sardines live a more roomy existence than one can inside there during the holidays. BUT, my wife and I ordered on the app after we secured a table with enough chairs that I got to stand the entire time and we patiently sat there for less than 5 minutes amongst the chaos. My wife's phone alerts her to an incoming notification! My heart shudders. My toddler's eyes widen in fat kid delight! Surely it was finally our time to enjoy The Lord's Chicken! My wife looked at me and nodded, swiftly going to the counter and acquiring our holy delights!
Then we ate. And it was amazing! The food was all hot and fresh, the drinks cold and not watered down, they even had these cute little plastic placemat things so kids can be little heathens at the table without worry of germs!

For a moment, at that table, seemingly endless flocks of hungry people who forgot their indoor voices in their cars, I looked at my toddler and my wife, her eyes are so gorgeous BTW, and everything around us fell away. It was quiet. All I could hear was my family's delight at the delicious fare this almost wasted trip to the mall provided us.

I'm impressed that even during that much chaos and with what seemed like a short kitchen staff, Chik-Fil-A still managed knockout service, amazing food and no mistakes! They're the real MVPs.

Great place to eat...always on point with the food and customer service

Great place to eat even if you're Gluten free. I am Extremely cautious about eating out anywhere with having celiac disease. Even places with Gluten free options sometimes I still get sick from cross contamination. Chick fil a always take the time to watch that my good is kept separate and even change their gloves just for my order.

I never have a complaint when it comes to Chick-fil-A !! Always great quality and hot !!! Hands down best fast food !!

I love this place. The food is fresh and I appreciate that the staff is always respectful and friendly. Whenever I order, they typically pay attention to detail and ACTUALLY get the order right not like some fast food places where you always need to double check the order. Good food, great service, friendly atmosphere... I will definitely keep going with my family.
