The man helping me listened to what I was looking for and sold me exactly that. He was helpful, knowledgable, polite, and stood way out from the help I got at the Foot Locker and the other footwear store in the Lehigh Valley Mall... wish I knew his name, but he had long blond dreadlocks... grateful.

I ordered online two pair of shoes and paid it. A week goes by and I get an email that they canceled my order. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift now I have to shop in a hurry for something different. Very upset that they made me wait a whole week just to tell me they canceled it.

It's smaller than my room and the shoe variety is zero to none. The picture on the map shows an entire big store, but it's just a little space in the first floor of Marcy's. Definitely disappointed and could do much better with a store like FinishLine

Today we went to return a pair of sneakers we bought online for our daughter .. we were today by a young Hispanic man that finish line is not really associated with Finish line and that we can’t return the sneakers there ...,
