Finding the Apple Store was a challenge to find it but it is at the promenade outside from where I had parked, I walked through the mall went outside to the promenade and located it pretty easily once I got to the promenade when I was at the store the people are excellent, very tentative Place is very crowded but I did not Waite long at all. I spent a lot of money I didn’t plan on spending but I believe it was worth it. I got a new smart watch. And very happy with my purchase would highly recommend this apple location. It seemed every employee I spoke with, was very knowledgeable and fluent, which goes a long way when you’re dealing with technology and the latest thing. Great, so great experience.

Alec and Josh (Josh was being trained) were extremely kind, considerate; knowledgeable, and helpful! A+ customer service. I went in to buy a computer. I had a collection of Apple products I have accumulated over the years, and they went through each one very thoroughly to ensure I get the most for the products. Thanks guys!!

I bought my brand new Mac Air M2 here. I was greeted at the door and helped immediately to pick up my online order. My only complaint is I wish I had upgraded to the better charger. Other than that very pleased! I bought Apple Care on my computer and hope it was worth it!

Nice apple store and always super busy.
They still require masks inside..if you don't have one, they provide at the entrance which is good.
Waiting time for an assistant is about an hour whenever I come here (usually on weekends). Has free parking in mall parking lot.
Also there specific parking spaces for Apple pick up customers right on front of the store which I found is cool.
There is a special display for new iPhone 13 pro colors.
So, great, but very busy location.

If I could go beyond 5 stars I WOULD! Obviously when you go into an Apple store you can expect to wait a bit, however during my wait, many employees were attentive, thanked me for my patience, and reassured me that I would be seen soon by a tech-support employee. So grateful I ended up being paired with Dilan. He was super helpful, patient, and knowledgable about the products - I came in looking for a laptop and walked out with the perfect laptop option for me! SOMEONE GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!!

I brought my old phones and I got a new one. Amy helped me. She was amazing. She is a happy person. I am grateful with her. People should hire more people like Amy.

A great Apple Store. Went in bc my iPhone’s camera was broken and they helped me right away. Special shout out to store manager Chris who went above and beyond when the repair took longer than expected. Truly a great guy! All the sales reps were very friendly and helpful. Love this store and highly recommend

I’m always greeted with a smile and the workers there are always very helpful. I don’t feel like just a customer, I feel valued and listened to whenever I come here whether it’s for an iPhone issue or Apple product purchase.

I just came in to trade in my older iPad for a Gen 9. I'm currently a tattoo artist and basically can't go without one of these guys. I spoke with a wonderful employee named Andrew. We worked around a possible transfer of data problem and I smoothly purchased a new iPad for myself. Andrew was so pleasant and didn't try to forcefully up sell me into products I didn't want or need. I was in and out within 10 minutes. Couldn't be happier.

Today 10-16-21 went to this Apple store and I was delighted with the customer service from the moment you enter until you leave they are waiting for you. Today Mr Ezra attended me and it shows that he knows what he does. super fast, friendly, helpful and answered all my questions !! They got 5 star

Peter and Josh were amazingly helpful! They helped us figure out how to reset the password for our iCloud account and then how to get the phone replaced. Highly recommend them both!

I went down with battery trouble in two of my iPhones, I had scheduled an appointment a couple of hours before I arrived and when I arrived I was able to be checked in. The time between me being checked in and my meeting with an associate to diagnose and identify the issue was about 10 minutes. It seemed like everyone in the tri-state area was there at that time and everybody there was working to solve customers issues, so the 10 minute wait was nothing. I dropped off two of my phones to have batteries replaced and some cosmetic repairs, I go do my thing at the mall wait an hour and a half,I get back, pick up my phones and they’re in perfect working condition. They did what I needed them to do and did it quickly.

I mean it’s an Apple Store, aside from everyone’s personal qualms, what can you expect other than a nice, clean and comfortable environment.

Cracked the back of my iPhone, had it fixed in a couple of hours with great customer service.

I had my first Apple purchase i.e.I pad 10 at this store. The store is nice and big and the staff was very helpful. The sales guy was genuinely interested in providing the service and information we needed. They have a variety of products. Overall I had a great shopping experience. We'll sure visit again.
