Steve and Cyprus were amazing! They stayed after hours to help get everything squared away for us so we could go home with phones the same day! Made every effort to make sure we got the full experience and made sure we were settled by the time we left, thank you again!

Samantha (manager) was a TOTAL ROCK STAR!! I was at the Airport Road location first to ask questions about my account. I had to walk away from there since the representative kept interrupting my conversation and clicked her pen consistently (very annoying). I went to the Lehigh Valley Mall location since it was close to the Apple store. Samantha was patient, super knowledgeable, and became my bestie as she helped navigate not just one upgrade but two and a details with my account. She is a true gem in my book. Thank you

The manager, Samantha was an absolute godsend. She helped us solve a problem that the other store near us couldn’t, and was very patient despite us jumping from there to the Apple Store several times.

Just had a great experience at this location with a young lady by the name of Tennisha we needed 2 new cell phones and had a flight to catch . Well Tennisha not only helped us at record speed but with great customer service.wr got the phones and made our flights

100% service oriented! The Apple Store could not activate my line and get my replacement up and running. It perplexed these so called “geniuses”. With much back and forth between the two stores, this team time and time again exceeded my expectations! Terrible day, but awesome experience. Because of their service, I will likely bail on apple and finance / insure my phones through Verizon directly in the future.

The service was excellent although I was slightly irate that I was unknowingly sold a phone that did not come with a charging box, just the cable. Then three days later I received an email from Verizon saying my phone didn't come with a charger box but "they had my back" with an offer to "sell" me one at %10 off.
Well.. that tells all I need to kow. And now I am seriously considering going to a different carrier, preferably a carrier that won't mask their deception with great service and important information like the fact that my phone didn't come with a charging box.

I mean any phone I ever had always says in the user guide, to only use the manufacturer provided charger or els it could possibly cause damage or void any warranty. Soooooo, what's really happening here ... Just saying.

Quick, wonderful service! Shoutout to Cypress and Kevin for immediately diagnosing our problem that Verizon corporate customer support hadn’t been able to fix for days! They then swiftly fixed the issue and had us on our way, just before the store was closing for the night.

What perfect customer service ,they guy that helped us was very knowledgeable and kind. Went there with my daughter to trade her old phone in and get a credit . I really was very impressed . I've been with verizon for over 20 years for that reason. Thanks Verizon for just knowing how to run a business . I always tell everyone how good verizon is. I usually dont leave a long statement like this but they deserve it. Merry christmas!😃

Former Verizon customer, some regrets now! Went to the Lehigh valley store for strange request to find old imei #s for phones used on Verizon account now closed! My frustration level was soaring having to do this, in effort to receive discounts from new cellular co. Anyway, I knew it was a shot in the dark but Krystal, Nathan and Bryn took on the challenge personally to help me get the information needed. A special thanks to Bryn who was the customer service associate who found the numbers I needed! You hard work was so appreciated! This is a top notch crew, thank you so much for your patience and helping me out with a weird request! Your expertise and patience to find the information I needed was such a relief! Depending on the outcome of this situation I find myself in, I would not hesitate to come back to you for switching back to Verizon! Thank you so much for your help!

Chris, the sales person was excellent! Not only knowledgeable, but patient, explaining everything to us without rushing us. After the sale, the “manager”. Another story. Totally annoyed because we didn’t want to buy insurance coverage... and he made us aware he was annoyed!

I took my 80 year old grandmother there to help her get a new phone as a result of the 3g network shutdown. They could not have been more helpful. We got her a new phone and a cheaper plan.

Rydell is fantastic. This store Is run well. All the employees are super friendly and knowledgeable. They are patient & caring. Rydell makes you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. He spends time with you. You never feel rushed or feel like you're bothering him. He gives 110% of his tims& attention. He is professional and honest & kind which may be the most important.

Went in for a new phone and was showed all the promotions. Unfortunately, this store was out of the phone we chose but called around until she found one at another location. Very courteous and profession not trying to upsell another phone.

Melanie was wonderful!! I came in to get a SIM card for my LTE phone I bought off of Amazon and within 15 minutes she got me the card, activated my phone, and made sure it was working on the network before leaving. It was the best service I've had at any Verizon store in a long time!

Shout out to Tim who is both knowledgeable and personable. It's so refreshing to have communication with someone who knows what they are taking about and doesn't just 'fake it to make it'.

A great experience. I purchased an IPhone 8 online through Verizon. Not being familiar with the world of technology, I was unable to transfer my data from lose IPhone 5 to my new phone. A very helpful and knowledgeable Verizon tech person tried to help on the phone but was unsuccessful. The problem seemed to be with my Mac. After a frustrating talk with the Apple people, I found my way to the Verizon Wireless store in Lehigh Valley Mall. Jason S. greeted me immediately, saw my stress and frustration and sat right down and started looking for the problem. He resolved all the issues with my Mac and was able to get my new IPhone 8 up and running. Answered all my questions and made suggestions. This experience was absolutely superior to any experience I have ever had at an Apple Store. Verizon is the way to go.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. Jeff I think his name was went above and beyond to help my wife today and we're very understanding and patient with us which says a lot because we had a screaming 4 year old with us.

I went in there very doubtful about service for my company and Pricing being high for multiple phones and technical support that comes with the package but every time I have an issue or concern they were very helpful I got a smartphone for my elderly relative there an was able to add to my account and they help me set it up on easy mode to meet their needs to be able to use a smartphone and are there to help with further issues over the simple matters concerning this account When I'm not in the area for technical support to deal with it over the phone while I have somebody in the store needs help they are very flexible with helping The manager in there is very nice and helpful and patient in dealing with all this
