Macy's

I generally like Macy's stores. This one is good too. As usually the store has it's own entrance, and parking area, also exit/entrance to the mall.
I saw bad reviews regarding bathroom and rude customer service.
I didn't use bathroom, and the customer service in shoes and perfume sections were good.
Good choices and prices in sport shoes section.
I will come back

Went here for a mens dress coat. Was shocked at price but then it was on sale and became a hell of deal! Downfall was waiting over 45 minutes to check out. Don't go if your in a hurry.

Great selection, friendly staff & really like how easy they make it to return something if you lost your receipt. 👍

I like me Macy's!
They have such wonderful high end cloths, other items and most of what they sell I can not afford to buy.
It's not for my budget.
Even with that it's still nice to go in there and to look at these items!
Window shopping never hurts specially the wallet. 🤣🤣🤣

When we go to Macy's, it's a family event. As soon as we are through the door, each generating heads to the area that most interesting to them. We love coming here... always something new to consider and the every size we need is typically available.

If you are looking for furniture, you will find excellent quality and phenomenal customer service at Macy's! Our sales associate, Gayle, was fantastic! She was so helpful, pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable! We had been to several furniture stores in Whitehall, but the prices were high and the quality was not there. Macy's delivered! They are having a 4th of July sale now!! Check it out, and ask for Gayle!❤

Macy's sent a text regarding a "Flash Sale" for Men. Since I didn't need anything, I looked at their Friends & Family Sale for Women online. Saw a nice selection of Winter Outerwear. Wound up ordering a beautiful Puffin Coat for my wife. Saved HUGE$$$$$. It was an easy process.

Ordered online and picked up same day in-store. SURPRISED my Wife with a new Michael Koors Coat. She LOVED IT and so did I. Great Job Macys!! Happy to be STAR Customer...

This is an update for All......

Visited Macy's yesterday. Upon walking in the store, a Womans Jacket (DKNY) pictured immediately grabbed my attention.

The beautiful color, gold button clasp and design cut was irresistible..... I had to get it!!! This jacket will look fantastic on every Woman.

In addition, Macy's has an assortment of Women's Jumpsuits. These are back in style and are one of my favorites. Talk about "Off The Hook"... Ladies... All this, a twenty-five percent (25%) discount & Star Money w/ the use of a Macy's Card. Oh yeah!!!!

I'm a HUGE Fan of The Fragrance Department too. They have a "Great" Assortment of Colognes for Men & Perfumes for Women. Some of the brands I own are; Channel, Dior, Paco Rabonne and more.

Visit Macy's and get their Credit Card. It has numerous Benefits & Perks. I'm a Platinum Cardholder. The key is to not out spend your income. Budget correctly!!

I came by this afternoon in the makeup department to learn how to fill my eyebrow and to figure out what product I should buy for it. This lovely lady named Maylou was a great help. She did a fantastic job showing me how to fill my eyebrows in step by step. You can tell she really loves her job and loves to help people. Thank you Maylou

I was at the store the other day and they started putting their Christmas decorations and fixtures up, which is always so great to see. Macy's definitely knows how to decorate for the holidays. It really puts you in a festive mood to see how beautiful the store looks around the holidays. The store was very neat and their merchandise was neatly folded and had a good variety of styles and sizes. This Macy's has a very nice women's shoe department and my associate was very helpful in finding me the size I was looking for.
