AT&T Store

I have been having issues with my business account for several months now, Julissa, the manager at this location, the only AT&T employee that got not only credits issued out to me for going several months without service, but actually DID something productive for me towards my issue. I live in the Poconos and traveled an hour to see her because I know she will find resolve for me, Outstanding

Store manager Angie was extremely helpful today. I had to return to the store today after the samsung warranty center was unable to help. Angie quickly and very courteously helped me submit a warranty claim and also helped me understand what steps I needed to follow through with. She and the other staff are a huge asset to your company.

David helped me the most out of all the places I was told to go even though he could not actually fix the problem I was looking for. David was able to help me switch my insurance and help me add devices and was very kind, helpful, and really cared that the customer was happy.

I was very happy with my services, associate was great with all our needs.

I needed to replaced a damaged phone and David was extremely helpful and insightful to the process. He even found a way to get the main account holder a better discount on the phone plan we have. I highly recommend going there and seeing him if you’re able.

I had a great experience with Rodgers. He’s very kind and very soft spoken. He was easy to talk to and we had a good conversation. He explained what he was doing and didn’t leave me out of the loop like other places. I recommend coming to this store, it was clean and everyone there was very nice. Thanks Rodgers 👍🏼👏🏽

Came in and worked with David. He was able to explain my bill to me and help me understand what the issue was. He was very nice and even offered me a disociar in my bill. Ask for David when you come in!

Our ATT rep, was amazing. Unsure of his name, but he has very curly light brown hair. He was great, knowledgeable, and honest with us. Very quick service, created us, took care of us, us stood our questions/concerns. Treated us like close friends. Would go back and ask for his specifically!

Best team members at this location ! From the sales associates on the floor to the store manager. Friendly and great communications. Made sure I was comfortable and understood every step of the process and also looked out for the best interest of me “the customer” this was hands down the best experience I had EVER ! Anytime you are at this store, please ask for Halime. She was absolutely fantastic. This woman is very knowledgeable about her product and was so patient with me. Even though I was unable to get a new phone today, Halime was still extremely helpful. Thank you so much for your time today!

Yanet, David, and Natalie were very helpful. My dad was having trouble and they hooked him up and gave him a great deal. They were able to explain everything for him and we were in and out in 1 hour with a process that normally takes 3.

Halime is hands down the best sales consultant there is! Shes super patient and very nice and helped me and my family with our services and issues! You need to hire more pretty and attractive women like her! Kudos

Natalie helped me with getting the new Samsung Galaxy Ultra 22 with the trade in rebate for $800, was also able to get the Buy 2, Get 1 free deal. Unfortunately they didn't have any cases in store but she applied the deal online for me. She was very pleasant and helped me as soon as I walked in the door, didn't even wait a minute! Great customer service 🤗

Natalie was super friendly and very helpful. I went to the Lehigh Valley Mall location and was immediately greeted at the door. She explained everything to me and was knowledgeable about the deals in store. I felt comfortable making my purchase and will be back soon.

Halime is the best sales rep at this store and she really knows what to do and is extremely personable and very knowledgeable all with a smile on her face and she's easy on the eyes if you know what I mean. I will always go to her from now on! Kudos AT&T for hiring her!

Friday afternoon we went inside Lehigh valley mall to At&t. The customer service we received from Natalie Aponte was very, very nice! From the beginning we felt at ease. She was/is very knowledgeable about the business and assured us that our issues would be resolved while we were there. Natalie is a valuable part of At&t...we've had service in the past that wasn't great. It sure felt good to relax while there and let the employee guide us in the right direction. 🦋

It was very pleasant and helpful. Very informative. The girl was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. Julie was her name.
