Love Core Strong! The boutique vibe is lovely. The space is clean, everyone has been supportive and friendly. The workouts are challenging and I love the way you can choose your reformer when you book online, so there's no craziness when you're trying to find your spot. It's very well thought-out. If you can get into a class with Kerry I highly recommend. She's an incredible instructor who takes the time to ensure that you perform each movement correctly, maximizing the benefits so you can keep gaining strength and endurance. Really great place, so glad I joined this community.

I visited this studio while I was in town visiting my mother. She is in her early 70s and has been coming here for a few years and loves it. I work out regularly but I was so amazed at how much the movements challenge your body. The program is easy to learn and modify if necessary. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They know their clients by name and really try to develop a personal relationship with each one. I can’t thank them enough for taking on my mom to help keep her moving and hold on to her muscle tone. I was truly inspired by what my mother was able to do. I’m now in search of a local Lagree studio in my area but I will definitely be back next time I’m in town.

The best experience for our workout club! The staff is amazing and the workout is so hard but rewarding. We had multiple girls end up buying memberships after their first class. Highly recommend this studio!

This studio is amazing. Cathy has mastered running a small business in a patron focused way without sacrificing the quality of service. All the instructors are so knowledgeable and willing to answer questions or offer insight. There are a variety of class times to fit just about any work schedule, and I always feel welcome when I come to a new class with new people.
The studio is located right off the freeway, which is another huge bonus.

Visiting Boise from out of town and had to get my lagree workout in! Had such a good time at the studio - Cathy is great and the workouts are challenging but doable. If you’re on the fence about trying a new workout, I definitely recommend this place!

I am so happy that I found Corestrong and Lagree. It has been the best thing for my lower back issues and I am much stronger because of it. The instructors are amazing and give you lots of ways to modify or level-up your workout. I haven’t been this addicted to a workout in a really long time.

This is by far my favorite workout!! Such an effective, hard and fun class all in one. All of the instructors are amazing - always encouraging you and helping with any questions about correct form. I have been to several Lagree studios across the country and this one is my favorite!

I look forward to working out at a place that has the best teachers that will work with you on what’s best for your body no matter your age. The studio is immaculate!! The teachers are sooo qualified & friendly & give a variety of challenging classes. I observed several classes & then immediately joined. I encourage everyone to come & try the 2 classes for $15. You’ll be hooked.

Corestrong Studio has been life changing for me and my fitness. It has transformed my body as I’ve continued to come. I am amazed at how much stronger I have gotten. In addition to feeling my best, I have met so many wonderful people since I’ve been a member. Corestrong Studio supports, encourages, and challenges you. All abilities and ages are present in all the classes. It’s a must to try if you haven’t yet!!!

Awesome full body workout that is low impact and highly effective. Precise and deeply challenging in a way that won’t hurt your joints or injure you. Truly a great fitness method in a professional, fun, friendly studio. I highly recommend this studio and method.

First class today. I connected with my lower abs today!!! After having a hysterectomy 2 years ago, I have found connecting with my core to be a bit of a challenge. Not today! I shook on the very first exercise. The good kind of shake. Thanks, Cathy!
