I visited the store this past Saturday and was able to get help from Ronald who was very helpful, kind and patient. He had a great personality and I truly loved his service. Purchased some awesome Gucci sneakers for my husband. I was visiting from Maryland and will be sure stop by again whenever I visit King of Prussia again.

Great experiences. Enjoyed the snacks and drinks. Customer service was great. Purchased online and picked up at store.

Over 3 or 4 years ago when the store was kinda newish - I went in with a friend and we were welcoming with champagne classes. I didn't buy thing that day as it was my first time browsing. I went in today, on a busy Saturday knowing what I was looking for and the SA Billy was fenomenal! He was professional, honest, straight to the point and very genuine. Made my first in store experience very pleasant! It was my first and not last Gucci bag purchase and I will always count on Billy to help me out. Thank you!

I had a fantastic experience at this Gucci store. I went in to see some bags in person before an upcoming trip to Paris, where I intended to buy. Even knowing that I wasn’t planning to buy at this particular store the salesman that helped me was so nice and helpful. He got numerous bags for me to try while whittling down my options. Fast forward to now, I’m back from Paris and they didn’t have the bag I wanted!! I will happily return to this store now to get the bag I had my heart set on!

My guy Albert was the best...he was courteous, friendly and consistent with updates on my order. He's truly a great sales person. I have only experienced him but I'm sure everyone is nice. Albert is a great asset to the Gucci.

My first lifetime splurge and it was worth every dollar. The people in this store are super attentive and sweet. They were patient as I figured out what I wanted to purchase. I will definitely save my coins to shop there again

I love the Gucci soho. So every time they get that style in they will text pics and prices. I just feel so loved there. I know its a great selling technique but it still makes me feel special. I like them better than LV because they dont burn their surplus (non selling items).

So I have to say that this is a bit Long Overdue however I just wanted to take the time out and Highlight the expectational level of Customer Service I received, from the Store Manager, Gregory, at the King Of Prussia GUCCI Boutique !!!

He was absolutely Amazing...my situation was a bit Involved. I needed to exchange a purse, that firstly, was not purchased at his store, in fact, it was an international purchase, made out of the Country and had just exceeded the Return Policy Terms.
That being said...It was an authentic GUCCI purchase accompanied with a receipt and it was also Clear, that the purse, had not been worn or used and was in its original state -with a minor defect that was missed at the time of purchase !!!!

I had initially dealt with a store associate and 2 assistant managers, that all, were discouraging in reassuring me, a resolve to this matter.
Until it escalated to Gregory!!!
He immediately treated me with courtesy, he was polite and empathetic.
Gregory jumped through Corporate Hoops and ensured that he would honored the integrity of this Brand dispite the above mentioned and unfortunate circumstances
He could have Truly “Washed his Hands”
It Was really not his problem that I had missed the defect and had exceeded the time frame.

Needless to say, he was Successful in providing me a New Purse, all the while, working professionally and proficiently.
He continued to exceed my level of expectation of professionalism and Customer Services by Overnighting the New and Exceptionally Beautiful Purse to my home, which is an invaluable service to a Mom, of toddle children, that lives more than 1hour away.

GUCCI should be proud of Gregory Whom truly Exercised the Integrity of this Brand and everything a consumer takes comfort in, when purchasing a product, of this financial magnitude.

The store display is beautiful, both salesman and the manager on duty are very friendly, answering my questions very professionally and helped me to find my product in just a few min. I had good shopping experience there and recommend it

The store is very organized. This is a great place to shop. Not a lot of people. Also the guards and employees are more laid off compared to other high brands stores like Louis Vuitton. They also had shoes in stock size 11 for women! Overall this is an amazing and excellent store to shop at.

Made a few purchases through Sara who is always nice and knowledgeable of the products. Even when I text her from home she is replies with the information I need. Recommend her!

Came in looking for a particular wallet. Natasha was quick to help me find it. I was so happy that it was in stock. She was polite, courteous and respectful. Overall great experience.
