I don't care about office decor, staff, or wait times. What I deeply care about is a doctors ability to diagnose, methodology, education, and intelligence combined with emotional investment; dedication, and caring. One does not need to ask Dr. Betsy Luo why she entered medicine, as one might question the agendas of too high a percentage of health professionals. It is crystal clear she is intended and purposed for ophthalmic work. If you've had to wait it is probably because she takes whatever time is required to be comprehensive and thorough.

I called at 2 pm because I felt like I had something in my eye all day and they got me in a little over an hour later. I got there and waited just a few minutes before being taken back and seeing a doctor. Dr. Clark was amazing and found I had a large abrasion on my right eye and put me on a couple of meds and got me an appointment the next day to make sure my eye was healing well. I highly, highly recommend both this practice and Dr. Clark.

Stephanie from optical is very good. She is board certified... Which is not the case for some optical stores who have employees.

Literally the easiest glasses buying experience of my life. Took 15 minutes, they take ameri health caritas ( for special needs children / MA) . And it was so easy. I paid a little extra for transition lenses ( so my child has sunglasses additional to the lenses,but that didn't cost much.)

I'm going to buy there again.

Both times I have been here I have gotten right in for appointments. I have been called back to see the doctors within 15 minutes. Both doctors I saw, Dr. Clark and Dr. Stella were wonderful and my issues were solved quickly. Great experiences.

The staff was friendly throughout the visit. I was seated promptly after registering. Dr Luo saw me after a short wait. He was friendly, caring, and explained everything. He was also much gentler than other ophthalmologists I've seen in the past during the retina examination.

The staff was very accommodating with my wheelchair bound mother. They went out of their way to make her visit less stressful for her and easier for me. Thank you Hamilton Eye Institute!

This place is amazing! The workers are very kind! As I see in some of the other reveiws it says it has a long wait time, sometimes it does but this place is well priced and very friendly and trustworthy. I think it's worth a somewhat long wait.

Place is great, very organized. Receptionist was friendly and efficient. I was 20 min late and was called within 10 min. The doctor was amazing. I recommend.

All the Doctors and staff at this place are wonderful and go above and beyond what is expected. My wife and I feel like family here and will never go to another place.

The wait time was short. Dr. Clark was great and the staff friendly and thorough even in the midst of a pandemic. Masks were worn by all staff and patients. (Children without masks were in separate area.). Waiting areas were properly distanced. Disinfecting was constant. The optical department was understaffed but apologetic.
