I'm not sure why there are negative reviews, but also that one from RCA has terrible grammar so don't even consider reading that one. This store is so clean, so pristine, and PROFESSIONAL. The girls there love me and always help expand my shoe racks. The music is NOT loud and you do not have to scream as the previous review states. I frequent this store at least once every two weeks.

Great store with a nice selection of men and women's shoes. They have shoes for any occasion and dress style. Very clean and the staff are very nice and helpful.

A shoe lover’s heaven! Great selection of mens and woman’s shoes. I always find the type of shoe that I’m looking for from dressy to a casual sneaker. If you sign up for their rewards program, you receive a $5 off coupon on your birthday which is nice.

Destiny was extremely helpful!! I roamed multiple shoes stores with no luck. On the verge of giving up, Destiny was able to not only able find what I was looking for but she also found different style options for me to pick from!! She's a gem!!

Recently bought sneakers for my 4 year old. Unfortunately the ones I selected were not the right size. Adrienne and Destiny went above and beyond by helping me find the correct size and exchanging them immediately. This saved a mom a big headache! Especially since they were so efficient. Thank uou both for great service at the Krocks rd. Hamilton Crossings location!

Impressed! Like many other men, I dare not tread the aisles of female footwear willingly! However, I was reluctantly pulled in sold on the idea of having an agenda. So my wife marches me in with the intention of returning an online order. Instantly, I was confused because the store front looked so small and it felt like a warehouse inside! Then an associate helped us out right away and not just behind the register but then walked us to the section where we would find a potential replacement. Very sweetly, the associate made us feel very comfortable even though they appeared to be VERY busy. Lastly, I actually saw they had a dedicated men's section to which I had NO CLUE they even did. I'm sold!

Went to return some shoes I bought online. I didnt have to wait long and the woman who helped me was pleasant.
