Wawa

We go here often but one time stands out. My parents had just moved in to their new house. It was right before Christmas. Boxes everywhere, chaos and mayhem (you know what I’m talking about if you have ever moved). It was Christmas Day and we were looking for places that were open for business. We decided to just get a few things from WAWA. We ordered on their app. We got sandwiches, salads and snacks. It was quick and easy. It wasn’t the traditional Christmas dinner but it’s not really about the food it’s about the company. We had a great time. No stress or mess.

I ordered curbside pick up the other week. My phone usually connects to the closest store but for some reason this time it didn’t and I didn’t realize it. I got to the Wawa I thought I ordered from and checked in and waited. After 20 minutes I started to get frustrated and called to see if they knew when my food would be ready. I usually don’t complain but I had two very cranky toddlers in the back. A woman then came out (I regret not getting her name) and informed me they didn’t have an order for me and asked to see the confirmation on my phone and noticed I went to the wrong location. Feeling bad that I didn’t bother to double check that piece of information, I was ready to apologize and drive out to route 100 to pick up my order. Instead she so kindly offered to make my order quickly and call the other store on my behalf. The small act of customer service really helped me that day and I wanted to let your team know how it was appreciated! I’m not sure of her name but I’m hoping this message gets to her!

Great staff , very welcoming & like family. I've been going there for years and they treat me with respect , friendliness & are have no problem fixing anything that might not be right , catering to there customers & always friendly with a smile except maybe one of the old ladies with the white afro who's tall that works the register in the AM 👎🙅‍♂🚫🙄🫣🤦😡

The staff here is amazing, they are quick and super friendly. It's always clean when I go in and I find it funny that I go often enough that they know my order lol. It's the most organized and efficient Wawa I've ever been to.

I grew up going here it's local and many times I have walked to get food and it was a great experience many times with staff that were friendly and I even had some deep conversations with some the food is always fresh here and great selection

Went into this location about 2 hours ago for a beverage. Mind you, I drove 15 minutes very late at night because the location right by my house nighttime crew has stopped making handcrafted beverages because they feel they’re short staffed and in the words of the girl my boyfriend asked, “there are only three of us here (shrug) something has to suffer” (meanwhile one other guest is browsing the chip aisle.. not a hopping place this late).
Anyway, This Hamilton blvd location had one more person on staff than the one by me but was actually quite busy at this time of night when I came in. Four employees and probably 10 guests? Lots of deli stuff being made. I explained to the supervisor and the employee making drinks about my dilemma and my blended caramel cheesecake chips ahoy craving, and my journey; and they were SO nice, even though they were busy they didn’t make me feel inconvenient or rushed. *Zero Eyerolls* Even the cashier when I initially walked in paid me a compliment and was engaged. All of this to emphasize: The NIGHT crew at this wawa is better than most anywhere else’s regular DAYtime crew. They should all get raises or at least praise, because where apparently most places slack off after 10PM.. this place was wonderful and they were exemplary of how customer service should be rendered regardless of time of day. It was a very good experience on the heels of a not good experience. Also the beverage was amazing & the drive home was pleasant and serene.

I love Wawa coffee, also the baked potatoes with cheddar cheese and bacon, also the creamy broccoli with cheese those 2 are my favorites and also the staff over there are very nice and respectful. That's why I go to Wawa every single day, and the place is clean so Wawa deserve 5 stars.

I work 2nd shift and stop in frequently to get a hoagie. I never have any issues. The rolls are always fresh and I don't have to wait in long lines. Unfortunately last week the rolls were not fresh. I came in after work on Thanksgiving night and explained to the manager my disappointment. She was excellent. She gave me 2 free hoagies, made them herself and didn't have an attitude. I work at a competing convenience store and understand working the holiday. Thank you Wawa for your excellent employees and COFFEE!!!!

Quick food, lower has prices, parking is usually a wild scene tho, like every Wawa, no set traffic flow. Pumps are any which way you can jam yourself in.

I always enjoy going to Wawa at 4900 Hamilton Boulevard, Wescosville, PA 18106. The hot and cold food is always fresh. The coffee is always hot. And the people that work there are wonderful.

Great place 4 a pit stop! Immaculate bathrooms, variety of good food/drink options, outstanding cup of coffee, patio seating outside & quick, friendly service@ the pump & overall.

Good service and food with beer and wine too.

Asked for custom details to modify drink order and was more then satisfied with my service at as this place has been providing excellent service since I can remember and wish there was more in upper Pennsylvania out by frackville

Wawa is a gem. Great hoagies, good prices, and nice staff. My first pick for any late night snack run. Wide variety of food, drinks, and snacks.

Always a great place for sandwiches, hot meals, coffees and even a fee free ATM.

Had a great dinner here food was great. Staff was very helpful.
