Simpson Allergy and Asthma

Dr. Simpson is AMAZING. I have found my life-long allergist. She has gone above and beyond for me to ensure I receive the treatment I need. No other specialist had been able to properly diagnose my allergy condition - she found the answer fairly quickly and it was like a miracle. I feel like I got my life back. She deserves all the praise in the world. My schedule and location doesn’t allow me to be available during her office hours; however, she is always on point with her text-line and coordinates with me so that I can still be treated - that is top-tier care. I just really feel blessed. She’s down-to-earth, to-the-point, gets the job done, and is overall extremely reliable. If I ever have a question or concern, I know I can reach out to Dr. Simpson anytime. Allergy conditions can really be stressful at times, but Dr. Simpson always finds a solution. 5-stars, 24/7. Thank you!!!

Dr. Simpson goes above and beyond to care for her patients. Even those with complex issues. She has worked tirelessly on my behalf to help find a treatment that improves my breathing as well as coordinate care with my other doctors and help with understanding my immune deficiency. She is extremely attentive with follows up that is excellent and filled with wisdom coupled with true compassion. Highly recommend Dr Simpson!

Dr. Simpson is brilliant! I have suffered for years from seasonal allergies and chronic sinus infections. She runs every blood test imaginable, listens thoroughly, contacts other doctors if needed, and wants her patients well. She is truly a dedicated doctor and human.

Dr. Sympson has been taken exceptional care of my daughter and I. She took time to find the treatment that worked best for me and has always made appointments available quickly if we were sick or having new symptoms. My daughter was very anxious about needles and doctors when she was little and Dr. Sympson helped her through her fear.

Honestly phone consultation with just questions back in March 2021 to unknown charges about telemedicine that never was prompt during the conversation prior to making an appointment. Afterwards email discussing the constant sending of payment after calling my insurance as my insurance also question why i was being charge for something for simple questions to pior appointment. (Never made my appointment due to my work schedule mix up).

The email should never discuss about business personal issues about of cannot afford in your business yet saying you have to pay staff of an amount. I get that covid and inflation is making everything rough for businesses but this is not appropriate to discuss to clients/patients and it not just your business.

Two stars Summary: response quickly but never called back as promised. Had to email to resolve this bill issue which was instant. But unprofessional level of discussing staff payment and business is not doing very well.

She didn’t really listen to what I had to say. Took wrong notes and interrupted a lot. The email she sent me said I had a reaction to morphine which I’ve never taken. The only good thing she did was offer to let me use her room at her office to take medication. Thinking back on it, very disappointed.
