CVS

I went in because I been sick the last few days and I just wanted to know what was wrong. I knew it wasn’t covid because I took a test before that and it came out negative. Anyway I went to a minute clinic the day before I came to this one and they wouldn’t take me. Said “too full” I made an appointment online to this one because it was the next closest appointment I could get. At first I felt stressed because I logged in and it said I wasn’t in the system. Nicole the NP came out and I showed her the text I got about my appointment. She took me right away and I broke down crying because in general I felt so stressed and sick. She was so so so nice and made me feel so much better. She informed me of what I had and did everything she could to make me feel better and really went out of her way and was understanding of how I was feeling. Next time I feel sick I would definitely come back to see her. I had a great experience.

My school advised us we needed a physical and shots and we had a short window to get them done. My Dr. couldn't see me for three weeks. The school advised MinuteClinic at CVS. I went there immediately. At Check-In, it said wait would be about an hour (Better than three weeks for my Dr!) I waited just under an hour. (Maybe would've been shorter if I checked in online) The NP was Gena. She was thorough, explained everything. She called as soon as my lab results were in. She's extremely personable and clearly looks out for the interest of her patients. I don't live in that area, but if I did, I'm sure I'd go more often. I hope the MinuteClinic near me is just as great.

I have been here twice, once for shingles and once for the flu. I think they are wonderful. They were fast and I got my prescription right when I walked out the door at the pharmacy counter. I highly recommend this minute clinic. I set up my appt online and go in right when I arrive. I won’t go back to my primary care doctor anymore..

The staff seems overwhelmed with how busy they are, especially durning and after COVID. These workers deserve a round of applause. Great work guys! Thanks for all you do.

Gina and Helen are amazing they really took their time to evaluate my son’s skin condition and were very sweet and professional! They took more time with him than some doctors do!

Walked in at 8:30 am got seen right away. Laura was the CRNP and she was great. Fast service at the pharmacy too. Highly recommend this clinic over waiting in the Drs office.

I visited the minute clinic today and saw the nurse practitioner Beth. I had a pretty terrible sinus infection - 4th one in as many months - Beth was amazing. She talked to me about my chronic allergies - for which I minimally treat because I hate taking meds - and convinced me it's time to do something about it (I have talked to multiple drs and allergists over the years and none was as empathetic and kind and just plain honest with me as Beth. I really appreciate her and this minute clinic; so glad to know this place exists in our neighborhood.

Not sure why the bad reviews the minute clinic doctor and the person at the pharmacy were great.

Fast service and incredibly helpful staff. Went in for a shot and was out in less than five minutes. The staff acted professionally and friendly. You won't find better service!

Shout out to Daniella Burns and Sarah Yoon who went out of the way to make my vaccination a pleasant experience.

Shoutout to George for being so helpful! He was professional & quick. He made my experience much more positive than my last.

Can't say enough good things about Ms Ramos in the Minute Clinic. She was kind, professional and thorough.
