If you need vision care, I recommend the Walmart Vision Center in Hatfield, PA. I had my exam with Dr. Douglas O’Connor. The exam went well. He was personable, friendly, and professional. I also appreciated that he suggested I wait to have a field vision test until after their new machine was installed. I want to mention Mary. She works the front desk. Mary was also friendly and professional. I appreciate that she did not try to sell me on the most expensive lens based on my prescription. Finally I was impressed by the equipment that the Vision Center is using.

Visited Dr. O’Connor for general yearly eye exam and really liked the way he explains things. He makes you feel comfortable and hear your issues patiently. I am going to have all my yearly checkups here.

Dr. O'Connor and Dina are true professionals at the Vision Center at Walmart. They both took so much time to help me with my eye appointment and glasses. Thank you both for all you did.

I was at the vision center for an eye exam. The associate name Nusrat and Kanuck was very helpful and well experienced and explained the benefits for wearing the glasses. Very satisfied service!

When the doctor prescribed my glasses, I didn't want to buy what was there because none of them convinced me, so I asked some of the workers if I could take my own frames glasses , she told me yes, but it would be $10, so when I took my frames glasses to just put me the lenses Mrs. Dina was very rude to me without patience and with a lot of attitude told me “we can't use these frames glasses “she was completely mean to me I don't know why maybe for being I'm black woman I say this because I felt completely offended by her behavior that day so I ended up not ordering my glasses, after a few weeks I came back to walmart vision center to order my glasses 👓 with the same frames that were rejected by Mrs. Dina, Mrs. Katharine attended me with a lot of patience I explained to her how I wanted my glasses and she make them perfect Thank you very much Katharine for being very patient and caring I received my glasses 👓 today I really loved them because they were as beautiful as I wanted them, I give you 5 stars for that, May you always be that kind lady with patients.

On Wednesday I woke up to a situation with my right eye. I quickly called Dina at the Hilltown Vision center who got Dr O'Conner on the phone. He said come right over and we will fit you in. This is just who he is, always caring for his patients. Dina, too, was so helpful in ordering me an updated pair of glasses. They're the best and this is why I've been a satisfied customer for many years.

Best eye doctor around! Dr Douglas O’Connor is the best! I have been seeing him since I started wearing contacts. He is supper personable and really knows what he is doing.

Have been going to Dr. O’Conner for over 15 years. He’s a great guy and through with his job. If there’s any issues with our glasses there has not been any issues getting it resolved with the optical team.

I am really thank to Dr Douglas O’Connor for his help to save my father’s eye. He recommended my father to see glaucoma specialist and it turned out that my father has advanced level glaucoma. He personally reached out to Specialist Dr and schedule the appointment as soon as possible.

This was my first visit with the vision center at the Hilltown (Hatfield) Walmart and it was a good one! Dr. Friedman was very thorough with the exam and talked me right through it. I’ve been out of contacts for a while and tired of wearing my glasses, I was able to have my exam done and walk out in a new pair of contacts. Would recommend!

My son had appt. last week and Dina was all alone. She did a great job checking us in, ordering and fitting glasses as well as answering phones and very helpful and pleasant.

Dina was very helpful with my prescription change and placed my order for contacts. She took the time to Cleary explain my insurance coverage too, which I appreciated. Dina’s excellent customer service is one of several reasons I continue to choose Walmart Vision for my vision care.

Wow this is the best eye exam i have ever had. !!! I saw Dr O'Connor and I must say he is one of the best in the area. Such a nice gentleman easy to talk to as well ! And they have a camera to scan your whole eye and it's included in the price!!

Catherine at the Walmart Vision Center in Hatfield is one who is Extremely Helpful, Knowledgeable, Patient and a Very Pleasant person to deal with. She made my difficult transaction very smooth.

I and my family have been going to Dr. O'Conner for 26 years. He has seen my children grow up. His professionalism and knowledge have seen my whole family through. I can not say enough good things about him.

I had purchased glasses from another vendor online, I felt my glasses were not right and I called Walmart Vision to see if they could check my glasses for me. I was told they could. When I arrived two women working there just stared at me, eventually one woman asked what I needed, made a face when I explained and told me to go sit down. I had to ask where as there are two separate areas. Once I had walked back to the room I could hear the two women talking about me and how since I didn't buy my glasses there they would have never told me they would help me. Catherine then bustling around saw me sitting there uncomfortably and asked how she could help me. Low and behold my glasses were not correct. She helped me get my correct measurements and because she was so kind and caring I purchased a new pair of frames and lenses through Catherine. Thank you Catherine for being so wonderful and making the process seemless. I appreciate your stellar customer service!

Wanted to let you what a great employee you have Dina. Dina was engaging, professional, knowledgeable and thorough, in making sure I got exactly 💯 what I wanted in a pair of glasses. I had come from another chain store(lenscrafter),and was very frustrated. Dina with in about five minutes, made me forget how annoyed I was with the last hour I had spent at the other chain store. Dina definitely deserves this recognition she was phenomenal. I will whole heartedly recommend this location to everyone who ask " where did you get those cool purple tinted classes!!!!!! Great experience at this location. Optometrist Dr O'Connor is very professional and very friendly. He goes the extra mile! I've purchased single vision glasses before but this time I wanted to try progressives. Before coming back to this location I tried to save money by doing it online.. That was a good mistake. So happy I returned to this Vision Center. Prescription is spot on, measurement is perfect. Great choice of frames and transition Nikon lenses..

Great place for good frames and great prices. A huge difference from what I was quoted somewhere else . Stop in and even though I didn’t see their doctors Mary and Kathrin helped me soo much. I could tell they were busy seeing people who came to see their doctors but they still made time for me.
