I don’t but electrical supplies often, but when I do, I’m happy to go to Fromm. More than once they’ve been out of something, but as long as I’m not in a rush, that hasn’t been a problem.

Excellent service.
I did call ahead, they had my order ready on the front table.
Walked in signed for the purchase and walked out.
Knowledgeable staff. They really know the products that are avalible for the job your doing. Great location easy parking.

What a joke...
Every single time I have called to order material they don't even have the first thing on the list. Whether it's a 25' length of #2 or a 250' coil of 12/3...
Kinda sounds like the gentleman who answers the phone just doesn't want to go get it off the shelf...

Every single time I call they don't have something so simple.

They didn't seem to know what T8 florescent light bulbs were which is ridiculous for an electric supply house. They don't stock the most common color bulb types or ballasts. I left empty handed. Counter person seemed out of it.
