My first time experience here the workers are very polite will help you out in any way they can. I bought the Green gobbler to unclog bathroom sink which actually worked.

The most friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great selection of products from canning to plumbing. Stihl products available and serviced on site.

Great inventory stock on hand. Makes a very useful hardware store. I get alot of tools for my landscaping here as well. Fair prices. Friendly service. You won't last but a few minutes before an employee is asking if you need help with anything

The staff was very helpful in helping me find what I was looking for. They have everything in there! Bought a ladder, light bulbs and Gertrude Hawk candy bars for a fundraiser. Also bought a cream cheese brownie cake from the women of Hogar Crea who had a table set up inside the store! Great to see that they help the community!! I will definitely check here for my needs before I step foot in a big box store.

When in need, I google products. Everything listed as at Ace, always is. Some places are listed online only. Ace hasn't disappointed. I find this more convenient than driving to the larger stores and the prices are good. Last purchase was fels-naptha soap. Used it to remove poison oils from skin. It was $3.00 for the bar and worked better than the $40.00 ivy oil remover in the big box stores. I'd say it's a great purchase. I have gone to Ace for many home care needs, craftsman tools, and mower parts. No complaints here!

The place to go to for personal service. Everything from spot on paint matching to bird seed to basic hardware needs. Never had any problem finding someone to help as staff is knowledgeable and willing to go out of their way to help.

How refreshing!!!! Simply went in a few moments ago to see what I can find and was quite excited! Great selection, clean, well lit, and organized. That was not the best part. The staff is exceptional!! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by the lady at the register. She is so kind, efficient, and makes the shopping experience a joy!! As well, walking through the isles, other employees greeted, and have mastered the art of offering assistance without pressuring you. Nowadays, so many places, you get presured or ignored. Not here!!! Genuinely can say from this experience I highly recommend you go and see for yourself what great customer service is!

Wonderful service very old school hardware store feel to it

Excellent! I haven't been in there, usually my husband run in to get what he needs but I went today to buy deer salt blocks, the deer love it. The woman at the desk, ordered it & I thought, I'll look around & I love this place lol, I bought several things like a great broom, chemicals for the pool, a cleaner for the grill & everyone was so helpful & inviting 😀

This store is located in a very nice area! It's also very clean and the prices are rather goof! I've compared a couple items to Amazon and at times this place beat theirs

I loved the Xmas store! Had no idea it was there…. The trees were insanely expensive that they were selling outside, however. An 8.5 foot blue spruce was $125. Definitely going fake next year.

Love this place! Employees are super friendly and helpful, would be perfect if they were open on Sundays!

Very friendly and attentive staff!! I get all my supplies for painting here, for my side painting projects. Great prices and I never have to wait long in line, or hunt down an employee like when I go to other hardware stores. There is always someone waiting around every corner to assist me with any questions I have.

Very nice workers, very helpful and seem to have more items in stock than other supply hardware stores. Also love the layout of the store and how festive it looks both inside and outside for the Christmas and holiday season. Will return or any future hardware and supplies needs!!
