My local Shopping Center. People are always kind and courteous and very nice to. very helpful when you need help outside about a month ago my vehicle battery died and I have anxiety issues with dealing with people in general but I went inside and got the person who runs the front end I guess ask them if somebody could give me a jump start they searched around they even called over the intercom for somebody to help; they took the effort above and beyond because at the end they got somebody that I worked it at stores come out and jump start my vehicle took a while because my battery is old and they helped me out. Thank you for the help out the people that work at night realize how much you meant to me will help cuz I do struggle with dealing with you. Thank you

This particuliar Giant seperates itself from the competition with it's product diversity, & it's determination to make shopping easier for their clientele! There is online ordering & in-store pick, self check machines, there is even an inside robot performing functions!

Giant has what you want and then some. I find more than groceries at Giant. I find the plants in season to plant. Cosmetics and Hair needs there too. And for the evening I find my wine so I can relax. The prices are competitive. But most importantly, the meat is fresh. I go to Giant always for the meat in the meat isle and in the deli. The meat is always fresh.

The staff here are so kind. It's like going to Chick-fil-A but they don't get paid to be nice. ❤

Found everything I was looking for. Good prices, very clean store.

Fabulous!! No fees on Giant Direct and no ridiculous fees for, of all things, shopping bags like Wegmans.

Conveniently located across from the Northampton/Cosplay bridge a great place that has friendly knowledgeable management and work staff, very reasonable priced items also daily specials. Been shopping there for 18yrs.

May 20, 2023 shopped at Giant (Coplay). I would like to commend and recognize the cashier Makayla. Her exceptional customer service and personality made my visit extremely pleasurable. She went above and beyond ensuring that all of my food order was bagged with care. I truly hope that this young lady is recognized and rewarded for her outstanding customer service.
In today's business environment, it's refreshing to know that good customer service is still available.

Well stocked. Variety of things that are necessary. Courteous employees who offer help when it appears help is needed.

Always great for last minute groceries or a large order. Food is always fresh with shelves stocked all day. Prices are competitive and they participate with flash food to stop waste.

Giant Direct is great and the people are nice!

Friendly workers very clean place

Great store they have a lot of stock and a lot of fresh produce. I usually order online and pick up my groceries whenever but every once in a while I like go into the store just to check out everything on sale. Either way this Giant is a great place to get your groceries!

My go to place when I just want to get in, get what I need and get out. Only thing I don't like is if I go later at night and end up putting more in my cart than intended, the only option is self checkout. Self checkout is not my friend. When I have a larger order, it just keeps yelling at me. If there's a training course out there somewhere, please let me know!

Everyone is willing to help you if you n have a question and if they don’t know the answer they will direct you or get the person who can help you. Even the younger generation is helpful there. Which in itself is surprising because I am sorry to say that almost every place I go the younger generation don’t want to work and they are always on there phones. They come across rude and with attitude if you ask for help out for direction. I have yet to get any of that at the GIANT STORES IN COPLAY OR WALNUTPORT.

A huge variety of goods to choose from. Decent prices. Good Dietz and Watson deli meats.

The staff is very helpful. They quickly helped me find what I needed.

Feels like coming home. My favorite department has to be their Bakery!
Giant has a good selection of brand name products, as well as their own! Gas points, weekly coupons and BOGO bargains help to make inflation a little less painful!

Amazing work yet again. My grandma would have absolutely loved these beautiful flowers for mothers day. Thank you again to the amazing team at The Honesdale greenhouse does every single time. I could never thank them enough!.
