I have to say ive never been to Northampton but while I was there i had such the greatest customer service i have ever had. Christian i believe his name was is absolutely amazing and so knowledgeable. Not only was he able to answer my questions but he went above and beyond. People like him are a dime a dozen, we need more people to have the best customer service skills. Christian is manager material I'm telling you. In all my years in customer service he is one of the best.

Went to go in during COVID-19 I made sure I was the only customer in the entire place before doing so, and was kicked out. I have health issues which causes me to not be able to wear a mask, if I could I would. I was given a hard time about it and rudely sent away. Many may not understand but being the one with the health issue I took a lot offense.
