He is an amazing guy and great at what he does. He was able to give me an estimated cost for the issue and came in on the day I am available to fix it. I would definitely recommend him if you are trying to get any plumbing issue fixed and will give him a call next time I have an issue myself.

Have used them for years, multiple times for boiler cleaning and service. Never tried to up-sale me on anything, gave straight forward recommendations and things to look out for. Price is great and service is always great. I wouldn't even think of going anywhere else.

Dan replaced a leaking interior valve control for my outside faucet. He explained how the new (and better) type of valve worked. I had also asked for a frost free outside faucet like the one in the rear. He explained how the front was different and that a frost free faucet would have to be installed inconveniently low on the wall. He showed me how the lever type valve included a petcock to drain the water left between the valve and faucet. This gives me the protection against a frozen pipe that I was seeking. His price was quite reasonable and he was very professional. I have been looking for someone to be our "go to" plumber and I have found him. Dan is the man.

They came out and fixed my heater since it wouldn't start. Turned out to be just a fuse and they cleaned some stuff Secco had neglected to clean. They provided troubleshooting tips in case it happens again and didn't give me the sales pitch for stuff I didn't need. They were very knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable with their work. I would definitely recommend these guys over the overpriced big boys with their sales agenda.
