I recently had an extraordinary experience with the service provided by Harry Brown and Jonathan Sanders at TIRE CHOICE, located off Hampton. My tire troubles began with a blowout on the highway, and the situation escalated as I discovered the dire condition of my back tires.

Initially, I opted for Walmart, hoping for a quick resolution. Unfortunately, my experience turned into a frustrating ordeal, with a two-hour wait only to discover they hadn't processed my appointment properly. Despite a second attempt taking four hours, the saga continued when I realized only three tires had been installed due to seized lug nuts.

In a desperate situation, being a single mom with twins and no knowledge of changing tires, I found myself stranded. Triple A was unable to assist, and I resorted to hours of YouTube tutorials in freezing weather. Ultimately, I managed to break the last lug nut the following morning.

Enter Tire Choice, where Jonathan and Harry not only empathized with my ordeal but swiftly took charge. In just 30 minutes, they changed the remaining tire, refusing to charge for the installation. Their exceptional service, speed, and genuine care have restored my faith in auto shops.

I came from another location unexpectedly and the team fit me in at the last minute on a Sunday. They stayed over their normal time to get my tire replaced. I very much appreciate everyone but especially Jonathan, the store manager. He was very nice and accommodating. Will be using their service again!!!! Thank you guys.

The girl at the front desk was amazing at customer service and fast and honest. I think her name is Liz and she had amazing call back. She said she came from the Lemay store. I will only be using this location and I found out they do all kinds of work not just tires. The guy who put my tires on was a fast nice guy. They were an amazing team. I felt taken care of and like the customer service there!!! Need tires go there. This is the Hampton location.

The S kingshighway location had the nicest workers they just didn’t have a bay to fit my truck in. But they were extremely helpful and nice. It was -100 in St. Louis and the young guy jumped my truck and told me what was wrong with it. However they couldn’t get it in their bay :( so they sent me to Hampton and I appreciated both stores

Stopped in with a nail in my tire (no appointment). They were able to plug + patch it right away for a VERY REASONABLE PRICE. Knowledgeable and friendly. I’ll definitely go back when it’s time for new tires.

The store is amazing. Every single individual is professional, friendly, helpful and goes above and beyond. I had two flat tires in 10 months and both times they were exceptional in every regard. Lou went out of his way to make my day better.

This was the 3rd tire shop I visited to fix a blowout today. The first 2 shops turned me away because they were too busy. The guys at Tire Choice were amazing to deal with. They had me back on the road super quick and it was much cheaper than I expected. If I lived in St Louis this would be my regular tire shop.

Kala was the best customer service person I’ve ever encounter even tho my old man taulks much, it was a old 52 panel truck

Raishon was VERY helpful and kind! He got me in that SAME NIGHT! And helped me with a bubble in my tire. They changed my tire even though they were closing in less than 20 minutes. I’ve never had such awesome customer service. What an awesome store and employee :) :)!!!

Super happy with my service. Raishon deserves a raise! He ended our conversation with, “I just wanna take care of our customers.” Couldn’t have imagined a better place to go to to get my car worked on!

I want to thank Amanda for her excellent customer service. She was able to assist me on three separate occasions. The one event was with a rental car from Enterprise on May 12th. This vehicle had a flat tire with a nail. Amanda had the tire replaced along with the other three tires. Amanda stated to me that all tires on the Nissan Altima were bald. She did not want me on the road with one tire replaced and the other tires completly bald which would cause me to have to come back. I appreciate her honesty and her being thorough. The second time I had to bring my own car in to replace a tire. Amanda was able to provide me with more information about services and products available in order to replace all four tires May 15th. I left the location satisfied as a screw entered one of my tires upon leaving. I discovered the screw in the tire and contacted Amanda immediately upon arriving at home. Amanda did not have another tire on hand so she placed an order and went to another location to pick up the tire. The next following day I arrived to have my tire replaced to only discover it would just need to be sealed at no charge to me. I am truly grateful and appreciative of her customer service. She is amazing, thorough, and informative. Thank you to the mechanics as well I am truly satisfied.

I came in for a tire patch and it went smoothly and the staff was attentive.

Everyone at this shop was polite and best of all very knowledgeable. They went to the extra effort to examine my tire thoroughly, discover the less than acceptable work done by another shop, clearly explained the issue to me while showing me the problem. Repaired my tire while I waited and confirmed that they had a replacement tire for me in stock, just in case. I will definitely return!

Been here 4 times to check on my car that has been sitting for a year. Bill and the rest of the staff are very helpful and kind. It’s very clean and very professional. They gave me a great deal on my brakes when I had to get them replaced. When coming to get my car, one of the staff saw I had trouble getting my car off the lot because there was a dumpster in the way and he offered to move it for me. The service is great and they are very quick. I definitely recommend!!!

The staff was super friendly. I was helped by Roy or Ron. (I’m terrible with remembering specific names)He got me a quote on Sunday and called me Monday morning to let me know my tires were ready. He check my brakes and notified me that all of my brakes needed replaced. I knew that they were the original brakes and I had over 120k miles on my vehicle but was kind of panicky because of going on a long road trip soon. He said my brakes probably wouldn’t last the trip. He got me in ASAP instead of making me come back. He was extremely pleasant and gave me a reasonable price. He potentially saved my life. I’m surprised no one pointed out before that they needed changed. I will definitely be doing more business with them in my future. I recommend.
