Brian helped us with both my father and mother when they passed. When I knew the time was close for Dad, I called Hart and they assured me they would be there to help 24/7. They were so professional, dignified, respectful and empathetic even at 2 am to help transfer Dad to the funeral home after he passed. The next day they met with us to guide us through the many decisions and details of the procedure, funeral, church planning, transportation to grave all with the most complete loving support that freed us to spend time with family and focus on our grief process. After this meeting they knew how to handle every detail and didn’t miss a thing to make his funeral a touching celebration of a very loved man. When it came mom’s time a few years later, they knew exactly what we needed and after one call they had their team in place to take care of everything again. Knowing we didn’t have to worry, they helped guide us through again to execute a peaceful, blessed celebration of a life passing onto the next. From death, making sure how your loved one looks, obituaries, caskets, monuments, flowers, transportation, communication with churches/cemeteries etc. as well as visitation help and planning …. Brian, Rob and Amy are a loving supportive team. A great many thanks to Hart funeral home for giving us the knowledge our loved ones had a service that reflected their life in a wonderful way for friends and family to always remember them.
