We had the pleasure of working with Robin. She was professional, kind, and personable. We had a ring that was purchased 15 years ago. She took the time to research our account and determined we could have it sized for nothing. In taking the time to look over our account she realized several pieces of my jewelry needed to be brought in for examination and cleaning. I’ve been going to Kay for many years. Robin was by far one of the only sales associates who truly care. I could tell she enjoys her job and cares about the customer. Thank you Robin!!!!

Robin the store manager is nothing short of extraordinary. We had a difficult situation. That she took the time and care to turn it around and create a very satisfied customer. My experience with Kay Jewlers has been phenomenal since day one. I have been a customer since 2017. Every time I walked in to have my rings serviced everyone was always very friendly and attentive.

I lost my rings at the shore this past week. I walked in that store with a heavy heart and in hopes to replace my same wedding set. Robin was able to assist and in less then 5 mins was able to locate my exact wedding set. She was completely compassionate, understanding, helpful and determined to help me out. She went the extra mile to call different stores in the country to locate my wedding bands.

My husband and I have been going to Kay's for 5 years now. I have several pieces. We have designed 4 custom pieces with Venny and she always ensures the final product is exactly what we want. I'm a picky, detailed person and they have not once complained about our requests. She gives her professional input to steer us towards the best decisions. Our wedding bands are exactly what we wanted and we'll cherish them forever thanks to Venny. She is the most personable employee at the store and remembers details about our lives. We have also had 4 pieces of jewelry (not bought at Kay's) repaired at Kay's with no fuss. We plan to continue to shop at this location and would recommend Venny to everyone.

The sales person Robin was excellent explained everything about the Levian jewelry.Was very honest when we asked her a question. Robin was very straightforward. Was very happy with Robin. Would definitely recommend her to anyone. Robin went that extra mile.

My husband and I bought my engagement and wedding band here but weren't able to get the warranty for the band right away. I have been a Kay’s customer since 1967 over these years I have purchased several pieces of jewelry. During these years I have dealt with various employees which were all very pleasant and professional. However the one employee that’s not only pleasant and most professional is “Vinny”. She has also given me, my family and friends 110% of her time every time we make a purchase/s or just looking. She deserves to be recognized for her dedication and service she gives not only to the company but also the the customers.

Robin spent a lot of time helping me with cleaning my jewelry and finding pieces that were on a separate profile. She was very pleasant and helpful the whole time and never made me feel rushed.
