I explained what we needed done & to my surprise Kevin said he could be at our house later in the afternoon since he was on another job. Kevin told us the time he could be here but actually arrived earlier then what he initially told us! Once he was here he was able to get the job done quickly as well as efficiently. His work was exceptional & while doing the work he was neat as well as professional. His pricing was very reasonable & we are extremely pleased with the work. Kevin saved the day for me again. I will never call anyone else he is always my first call. Plumbing issue at my rental, he responded literally within 30 seconds and was on site the next day problem was solved in no time. Do not waste money on a big company use your local small businesses!

Kevin is amazing! He is kind, honest, responsive and very good at what he does! He explained everything that what going on with my electrical and plumbing issues. He fixed some issues that other people were unable to , and he is coming back to work on other problems I have been having in my home. I felt that he was more like a friend and trust him completely! Reliable maintenance was a high quality and enjoyable experience. Kevin was very easy to talk to and his quote was very reasonable especially considering how much work he put into the job.

We had Kevin completely reface our deck. But he went above and beyond to make sure not only did he reface it but that this deck looked good as new, along with assuring the integrity of the deck was sound underneath. Weather was unbelievably hot and he was still out here working his tail off making sure the job was done right and he holds himself to a high standard that you see in his work.

Very glad to have worked with him and would highly recommend, look forward to working with him more in the future.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Kevin was great! Very friendly and professional. Felt like we had known each other for years. He came to put in a new sink and faucet. As he was leaving I was asking him about another issue I had just to see if it was something he could fix and he did it right there and then with no problem. His prices were VERY fair. He will definitely be our go to guy for all our home repair needs and trust me we will probably keep him very busy lol. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs something done in their home.

Kevin did an amazing job repairing our dryer. We have a very old dryer that required quite a bit of work to get the motor working again and he made the repairs to get it going again. We will definitely be requesting his services in the future and will recommend him to anyone and everyone.

Reliable Maintenance was recommended to me when my kitchen sink sprung a leak and needed to be replaced. Kevin responded immediately to my calls and texts and set up a date to do the install. I am not a handy person, so his advice and guidance through text was extremely helpful when shopping for replacements and planning for install day. Kevin arrived promptly and we immediately hit it off. He is so personable and you feel like friends almost immediately. Kevin stayed and chatted while getting the work done and i had a great time having my sink repaired which is crazy to type out. He charged me an incredibly affordable and fair rate and we talked about more future work that i plan to have done. Kevin is clearly now my go to guy for all things maintenance as he is a jack of all trades. I needed various projects done from cleaning out gutters and replacing downspouts to completely rebuilding a deck and stairs and fencing along the driveway. Reliable maintenance provided a detailed estimate and consistently communicated status as the project was going along. The final cost was well within budget. The work is high quality and I will rely on them for future needs!

Wow! Kevin is fantastic - it's impressive all the stuff he knows how to do. We just bought our home and had a laundry list of items to fix from the inspection report (our house is old). We called three other handymen and we are glad we went with Reliable Maintenance. From the start, you could tell he is knowledgeable and honest.

First, he voluntarily went through each line of the report, pointed out what he could fix and where I needed to call a specialized professional (i.e. electrician, termite). He also recommended specialists he knew.  Second, he provided an estimated total which included labor and parts. The final estimate was right on target. His pricing is extremely fair compared to other services. Third, He was very flexible with our schedule. He worked within our timeline through weekdays and weekends.

What's most impressive is his workmanship; he was able to fix/ repair the following for our house: cracks in chimney, support under the porch, got rid of mold and repainted basement ceiling, foundational cracks, new gfi, solved the problem of the strange shower noise, proactively noticed toilets weren't flushing correctly and fixed those, installation of carbon monoxide detectors,  fixed door locks, and more that I'm forgetting.

He is true to the name of his company and he'll be our first call for as long as he's doing this. I definitely recommend him for all your handyman needs!
