My husband and I came into Mattress Firm with the intention of just trying out a few mattresses. Kyle did an excellent job with showcasing his products and was able to guide us in the right direction based off what we told him we were looking for. An hour later we walked out with a new mattress and adjustable base on order.

We came into Mattress firm, with the mindset that we were just going to lay on some mattresses, get a feel for what we wanted, go home and talk about it. We were greeted by Jimmy, and I almost knew right away that we were likely to leave with a mattress purchase. I appreciate someone who knows their industry and product well. Jimmy was so nice, and just knows his stuff. Gave us all the information, listened to us and adjusted his recommendations appropriately, and before I knew it, we were in love with a mattress and buying it. He didn’t push us to purchase anything we couldnt afford and just in general was not pushy at all. I would recommend him as a sales man and this store to anyone.
