AT&T Store

We went in for assistance with a router that customer service sent us and had some questions about how to lower our bill. Xavier helped us. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He gave us some options on how to save on our bill and directed us to a better number to contact customer service in case our router doesn’t work. He made the visit hassle free and we very much appreciate it.

Of the AT&T stores that I've visited, this one is my favorite. My most recent experience - I had to go there a couple of times in the last few days, and I want to commend Blake and Holly, they are both shining stars! They are extremely helpful, polite, patient, and knowledgeable. They made my experience - which could have easily been a negative one - a very good one instead. Good employees are worth their weight in gold, and these two are top notch!!

Holly was most patient with me while pairing my Apple Watch with my new Apple 15 pro phone. Very professional and considerate with my lack of knowledge of setting up the pairing. The manager was also helpful and was attentive to making sure all was going well.

My wife and I recently purchased 2 Samsung Galaxy A 54 phones at this store. Caroline Griffin was the store representative that assisted us. Caroline is an excellent representative. She helped us pick out the appropriate phones for us, and when the phones came in, she transferred all the data to our new phones. She patiently answered our questions and concerns, she was knowledgeable, pleasant, and had a great attitude. She took the time to make sure we were comfortable using our new phones. We wish for Caroline to be recognized for the great service she provided us.
