Wow, what a difference they made with our home. The new siding is amazing and just in time for the holidays. The office and sales department worked with us to find the perfect color at the best price. The manufacturer's home design tool was spot on. The installer crew was very professional and kept us informed throughout the whole project. Don't be fooled into paying for another company's advertising budget. Cannot be more pleased with the results. :)

I’ve worked with Clint and Hackman SmartRoof on two commercial roofing projects, and am very happy with their timeliness and workmanship, and ease of doing business with them. Recently a couple shingles blew off my roof at home. I called Marnie Bowers, and she arranged for Clint to visit my home the next day. Clint replaced the damaged shingles, and inspected my entire roof. His assessment was thorough, and I feel better knowing the condition and expected longevity of my roof.

Hackman's is our "go to" company for any of our roofing, gutters or spouting needs. They show up when they say and the job is done right the first time. No issues at all.

We had gutter, roof, and siding issues from the work of the previous homeowner and chose Hackman to correct it because they guaranteed their work. We are pleased with the completed jobs and have not had further issues in the months since the repairs were done. We have used Hackman SmartRoof twice now for minor roof repairs. each time they came promptly to assess the needed repairs and the price both times was very reasonable. After having our garage roof cleaned a hole was noted. The gentleman that cleaned the roof thought maybe it was due to a branch falling on the roof. Hackman came and did a temporary patch and then when able he came and fixed the area. He blended in the shingles to perfectly match the roof and the repair it not even noticeable. We were worried that we may be told we needed a whole new roof but the repair was very reasonable. Great work and great customer communication!!!!

I needed to have the 2 plumbing vent collars on my 2nd story roof replaced as the 'builder grade' collars started to leak. Looking on-line, I e-mailed 6 contractors who 'specialized' in roof repairs. Of those 6, only 2 responded the next day to set up an appointment. Marnie from Hackman SmartRoof scheduled Kyle to stop by that afternoon. He explained the materials he would be using (ie the new boot, replace shingles, etc), told me about the 1yr warranty and gave me a price of $369. The other contractor came by a few days later and gave me a price of $700 with no warranty. They made my decision to go with Hackman SmartRoof very easy. Kyle came by the following week and worked very safely and efficiently. I couldn't be any happier with Kyle and Marnie! They made my small roof repair seem as if it was the biggest and most important job they had. When I need to replace my roof, I'm calling Hackman SmartRoof!!

Hackman's is a top notch roofing company in the area, and they stand behind their work. My wife and I bought our home knowing that it would soon need a new roof replacement in addition to new windows and siding. We decided the priority would be the roof replacement first and the windows and siding later when our budget allowed. So we called several roofing contractors to come out to our home, including Hackman's. Clint came out and took his time assessing what we needed and wanted, addressed all of our questions and concerns, and gave us advice that no other contractor offered. At that point the decision was easy and we hired them. When the team came out they were professional, did a fantastic job, and cleaned up all the messy debris. We were so impressed with Clint and his team, that we also hired them a few months later to replace the windows and siding, and we were once again thrilled with the service and results. No surprises, they did exactly what they promised they would do, and they have earned a customer for life.

We wanted all the shingles on the roof of our house replaced. (Twenty-five-plus years of wear and tear necessitated a new roof.) We found out about Hackman's on Angi. We phoned and made an appointment for an inspection. Clinton showed up, right on time, and climbed up onto our roof, looked things over, and took measurements. He came into the house when he finished, sat down with us, and showed us the shingle samples he brought with him. (He also had different 'grades' of shingles, from top-of-the-line to the least expensive ones.) Right there, at the kitchen table, he filled out the Hackman 'work order' and, using the measurements he took and the shingle model and color we selected, he gave us an exact figure. Sold!! We made a date for the work to begin.

Problems come up with repairs like this. No sweat - we were flexible. Marnie phoned us and asked if we could delay a week. 'Sure!' The workers came to our place with their tools and gear and trailers and shingles, and got to work. They almost finished everything that day!! They needed to return the second day to do a little more work, then do a final inspection and clean up.

One of things we mentioned to Clinton was the insulation around the 2 skylights in our roof. (We wondered if the skylights would have to be replaced.) Clinton told us a standard fix was a simple bead of caulk along the top edge of the skylights. After the workers wrapped everything up, I remembered the skylights. I phoned Clinton. He had forgotten about the skylights! But he showed up early the next day, leaned one of his ladders against the house, hopped up onto the roof, and, 20 minutes later, he was done and gone!!

Bottom line: we were extremely pleased! If we had to do this all over again, we would call Hackman SmartRoof in a minute!!! From start to finish, the guys did a great job. It was nice meeting them. Good job, Hackman SmartRoof!!!

We have used Hackman for several roof repairs over the years. Most recently we lost some facia. Hackman responded quickly and even replaced some rotten wood we had not seen before. Very responsive and trustworthy. GREAT company and we'll use them again.

A little late on my review, but we had our roof replaced ~1 yr ago and used Hackman. Clint made the entire process smooth and stress free. The guys were all very professional. The house is older with many a couple additions that made the roof maybe more complicated than normal. The guys kept to the schedule, cleaned up every day and when finished, couldn't even tell they were there...never found a single nail shrubs! A couple months later we had a minor problem with some flashing, but Clint came the day we called and fixed it. Awesome company and can't recommend them enough for any roofing need!

When we purchased our home close to 30 yrs. ago, we noticed our roof was not so attractive
and informed it was “about 20 yrs. old” We were blessed to not suffer any leaks or damages
all those years but were dreading the day all homeowners must face: Replacement.
With all the hype out there on “lifetime metal” roofs, we nearly made an expensive decision!

However, one thing we did right was look locally for family-owned/operated roofers with
experience. Clint from Hackman Smartroof truly lives up to the company “name” as he educated us on the tremendous cost savings of a traditional shingle over metal without sacrificing the lifetime warranty!
He even took the time to go up into our crawl space and gave a “worst case scenario” should
any of the lumber need replaced (our actual expense was only $70 over vs. the $200-300 he
buffered in). How many companies can say that?

It was obvious that Clint and company have the roofing/spouting business “joy” from
Marnie in the office to the roofing AND spouting installers, it was very pleasant and unruffled from start to finish.

The roof and spouting were both completed inside one day JUST before the rain storm the next day and NOT one single plant or lawn decoration was marred in the process. Again, what business can make that claim?

We found them to be everything they claim to be...honest, thorough, polite, friendly, efficient
and professional. To say that this was the best decision we made in a very long while is
putting it mildly. The new roof (we went with Clint’s recommendation and it IS the RIGHT
color schematic for our home!) AND spouting gave our home a fresh face!

We did receive other estimates from local roofers but Clint @Hackman Smartroof LISTENED to and didn’t talk at. His shared insights educated and saved us money; how many outfits
do that?

We bought a newer home (2015 Model) and the home inspection company said to have the roof checked as they felt it may need to be replaced. I was a bit shocked to find out a practically new house needed a new roof?

Hackman offered to come check out the roof and give us their honest opinion. They said the roof definitely needed replaced. Kyle took almost 100 pictures while on our roof and showed how the roof was installed incorrectly and how the previous installers didn't have the air gun turned up high enough which caused shingles to tear.

They offered great suggestions and when installed the new roof they did exactly what they said they would, and even followed up afterwards to go over the warranty, and do a final inspection!

We were in search of a roofing company and have had many companies give us an "estimate" BUT even the "Larger Big Named Stores" did not "impress" us and besides pricing they lacked professional customer service! Our roofing specislist ( Clint Huber) took his time to even take photos of our problem area on our roof to be able to help us meet our roofing needs! He was so kind and friendly and had was knowledgeable of the products offered by Hackman Roofing. He even told us that a financing plan may be of assistance to us to meet our needs! How wonderful to find a great company which we will be using in the near future!

This is my second roof and siding replacement by the Hackman Team. All the work they perform is great, on time and as quoted.
