Wendy's

This Wendy's has had the same core group of employees for years. They're always friendly and I've even given feedback to corporate on how nice they are and that they all deserve a raise! The food is consistently good, better than all the other fast food places around

Wendy's is always great but this one was exceptional. Despite being short on staff there were no delays in ordering, food preparation or accuracy. Not to mention the staff was very friendly, courteous and professional.

I really like Wendy's especially since they have expanded there menu. The food is always hot.

Nothing to complain about. Food was good, employees pleasant. 4/5 stars for atmosphere, because the table could've been cleaner. But it wasn't terrible or filthy. Overall a good Wendy's.

Stopped in for a quick lunch with 2 little boys and the guy who took our order ( receipt says Steven) was awesome! So welcoming and friendly with the kids. We were just at the Tamger outlets and had terrible customer service at every store and this guy at Wendy’s was a pleasant surprise !

My dog is always impressed with their beef patties, which he gets every blue moon As a treat. However, I'm so disappointed the strawberry Frosty's taste like.... they have no vanilla? Wth?? I don't get it?

The counter person was the most customer-oriented person I've encountered at a fast food restaurant ever. Food was quick and good. Attached to a Marathon Oil gas station so atmosphere not so great. Close to casino, racetrack and Tanger Outlets.

Today I witnessed something I had started to believe was dead in the fast food industry. I walked into this location to pick up my order and witnessed a manager be proactive about checking in on an elderly customer. When the gentleman mentioned his food was a little cold because he was waiting for his coffee she fixed the issue without batting an eye or waiting for the gentleman to ask for a replacement. I haven’t seen this level of customer service in any fast food establishment in the past 5 years. I’ll be back again based on this instance alone. I hope someone from Wendy’s reads this and commends this young woman for outstanding service. This occurred at store 00009233 on 12/9/2021 at 1:35PM

Food was good, service was a little slow. I understand they are understaffed. More lazy people need to get up off of their *$$e$ and get back to work ! Us working types only get 30 minute lunch breaks. However I can't fault the staff that was on duty during my visit. They dealing with it the best they can.

The people who work here are nice and friendly. They're pretty good about making sure you get your order correct.

The menu is the standard Wendy's menu. And the food is the quality that you should expect to receive from one of their stores. Which is one of the better choices when it comes to fast food options.

I have to say that the Wendy's located on Racetrack Road by The Meadows near Washington PA, has never provided bad service. The staff is friendly and inviting. The food is, obviously, your standard Wendy's fare, but I have yet to get an order wrong at this particular store. The lines move quickly and efficiently, and, like I said, the staff is friendly and engaging. The most recent visit the drive through was quite backed up, and when we got to the speaker, the person informed us that the electricity was blinking on and off. They forged ahead anyway, and everyone in line had their order completed in a reasonable amount of time. Hats off to this particular Wendy's!!

Good Management under 5-10 minutes on drive thru if its bisy. if your order is wrong they try to make it right quickly

Place was pretty good.. had no issue redeeming my frosty cards (got 10) lol... And did the free Dave's single with the app. Clean and friendly.. food was hot and would have to say would eat hear again... Everything you would want and expect from Wendy's...

I met a friend there that I don't see very often. I had a baked potato. It was delicious. So comfortable sitting there and catching up. 👍

One of the best fast food businesses. Food is a better quality. Bacon is crisp and real, no fake flavor. Offers flavors for soda drinks, cherry, lime, orange, although you can order these at the drive-thru, it seems to hold them up, took 4 min to get my cherry Coke after I was given my food. Prices are good for the food quality.

I left an expensive purchase by the pop machine and an employee already had it locked in the office when I called, freaking out. They also asked for the last 4 digits on the purchase card before giving it to me. Awesome job! Honest crew! And the food is great!

My order was correct and prepared well while going through the drivr-thru. Simple things please sometimes, and this was one of them. Those of you who have used the drive-thru can relate
