Columbia Factory Store I could get these gloves with a checkbook I had to have a credit card and I don't have a credit card I only have a check on me. You used to take checks.

Best deals for quality outdoor wear. I'm so proud to wear Columbia clothing as it stands behind it's quality. Spent over 200 yesterday for clothing our Alaska Trip next year. Amazing sales. The lady walking around the store (gray hair ponytail)was so very helpful and informative! You just don't see this kind of help in store these days. She was wonderful. However, I have to say the young man at the register with glasses was not so courteous. He seemed bored and not really that friendly. Couldn't really hear him mumble about being an awards member (which we are).
Oh well, we are still grateful for this store and well worth the trip to shop here!

Friendly staff. Found just the winter boots I was looking for. I have had good success with the quality of Columbia cold gear in the past, so here goes again.

Busy weekend after thanksgiving. Very clean and staff was very helpful. Had everything we needed for wife for christmas. She got everything she tried on and that's not easy to do. Good job

Found some awesome shoes for weather and hikes

Went in to look for a new Columbia jacket for my Dad because the zipper on his broke. The store manager reminded me that Columbia has a lifetime warranty on their products and directed me to the website, which I did that evening and got a return authorization from them. I ended up buying a new pair of waterproof hiking boots for myself, which I have needed, because they were a good price plus I was able to use the Tanger 20% coupon! The managers and associates have always been great at this store!

✨ Big fan of Columbia gear, (shoes, packs, kids winter coats & gear). I previously purchased a pair of men's hiking mid-height shoes, though not the right fit. I did not wear them. The retailer did not end up restocking a better size for me in that exact shoe. Though ~close to the return policy cutoff, the staff helped me find an alternative shoe in my size and handled an even exchange. Couldn't be happier. Thank you. Wearing them now! Will def return. Great store to shop at, bought my new current winter ski jacket, gator and a super warm fleeced throw there. Tons of outdoor equipment. Only thing that I don't understand is if you go to the Columbia website to research and find something you may not find it in the store and vice versa as a lot of the names and products are different.

Most of the stuff you'd have never found on Columbia's website. The apparel you find here is made specifically for retail stores like Target, Kohl's, Macy's etc by Columbia and is overstock of products made.
Quality apparel for sure............ Can't go wrong here.
