super clean and nice bathroom!!! better than all the bathrooms iv seen at gas stations. they ran out of soap tho but other than that it was really nice.

Very good selection for pop and snacks.

Clean bathrooms and neat slot machine.

Remodeled bathrooms very clean.

Rest room is usable but so freaking dirty and no toilet seat covers, no paper towels, not even hand soap. The associate went to use the restroom while waiting on me. I've expected more from a BP

Dirty, needs some help

Do Not Stop at this BP gas station! We are on vacation and stopped to fill up minivan. We were going inside to use the restroom and there was a small sign on the front door that said no public restrooms. If there are no public restrooms the sign should also be on the gas pumps so that we can go to another station to get gas and use it’s bathroom. The rude attendant inside really didn’t care and told us to use the bathroom at the gas station across the street, which was a completely different franchise and they had no affiliation with them what so ever!
After reading these reviews it looks like this BP station has been a dump for years. We stopped here because normally BP’s are decent.

Don't stop at this gas station. Bathroom was dirty, no liquid hand soap to wash your hands after using the toilet, no paper towel to dry your hands. The toilet was defective and did not flush. It was a very hot day so I suspect that bathroom was full of germs so you don't need to get anywhere near it. Attendant on duty did not know what to do to process my Visa transactions so I had to repeat my transactions both for the purchase of Diesel fuel and for the purchase of snacks and therefore I suspected that he was doing something illegal with my credit card (it turned out it was not the case). The selection of snacks and drinks available in the store was terrible. The diesel pump was old and needed to be operated manually in an unusual way to get it to start pumping Diesel fuel so we had to waste a lot of time before we got it to work. The prepackaged ice cream available for purchase in the fridge was old and had a funny taste.

I was at this store on Sunday, April 14th, 2019 at 9:52 pm and purchased a large slushy, which was flavorless and salty tasting. I asked for a refund, which the attendant refused to do or do anything about it. He just gave me a dirty look!
The store is a filthy, dimly lit mess. The slushy area was dirty and sticky with dirty lids. The windows in store looked like they haven't been cleaned in a decades and before you pull into the parking lot you can tell the windows and storefront are very dirty, because the windows look foggy and the storefront looks dirty from roadside.
I live in the area where this store is located, but I will never, ever set foot on the property to purchase items inside the store or buy gas even if I ran out of gas. I'd rather push my car to Sheetz than give
dirty, poor customer service BP's my hard earned money!

This place is disgusting. I bought Marlboro menthol black cigarettes and when I opened them they tasted horrible and looked completely different from the pack I bought somewhere else. I believe they were knockoffs. I also bought two apple danish’s and once I started eating one I realized it was moldy and checked the dates and they were both from December of last year. They should be shut down!!

Attempted to get gas but pump wouldn't work. Asked attendant for help. They said they had to turn it on. I went back to get gas and it still didn't work. Turned around to see attendant laughing at me and then rudely told me to go somewhere else for gas.

Restroom broken, no sign to alert you. They had the sale sticker on the redbull but it was the wrong size and they refused to refund or discount me.

Horrible place. Bathroom was gross. You'd think at 2am the bathroom would be cleaned with 2 employees working. Didn't take a pic because I didn't have my cell.

I have never seen a place so filthy! The owner likes to write apologies but does nothing! I wonder if the health dept has seen this gem!

Nasty bathroom, broken card reader on first pump, and second pump had no receipt paper. Don't stop here!

Station clerk on cell phone no signs showing diesel prices 2 blocks down the rd 2.88 here 3.55 im reporting for price goudging
