Really loved the food and atmosphere here. Great service. Staff was very attentive. We were there for an early dinner on a Saturday and sat outside. Everyone loved their food, lots of delicious options. I was really happy everything was thoughtfully crafted and flavorful. We ordered a few tapas, tacos, and a burger. Delicious cocktails too. Will definitely be back!

We go every year after we cut down our Christmas tree. The food is amazing and such a great atmosphere. Our server was amazing.

Some of the most delicious food in the area, the ceviche was tasty, the ribs fell off the bone, and the creme brulee was amazing. Our waiter Mike was on point and super helpful with picking out the options and the drinks were perfect! Definitely coming back again!

Great food and choice. Service was good. Selected the chicken sandwich. My dinner companions had fish tacos and a pulled pork sandwich. Both delicious choices.

New to Monroe and decided to do a family birthday dinner on a Sunday evening. We had a little of everything- steak, soup, tacos, children's menu and dessert - and were so pleased with everything! Everything had great flavor, came perfectly presented and with great timing (despite the warnings at the front about what being fully staffed meant right now). The drinks were on point as well. We look forward to going back!

We ate here for lunch. It is a nice modern, but cosy restaurant. Friendly waiters. The food was very good. Loved their fried chicken sandwich, delicious! The shrimp tacos were full of actual shrimp and tasting like the sea, not like some pond. The fries are addicting, ask for some mayo on the side;) will definitely come back, they have plenty to choose from to keep us coming.

We came here back several weeks ago. Ate outside due to COVID19. It was again delicious and were with 2 families and all was accommodated very well. We keep coming back to Republic.

Tacos were slamming. 🔥, As the kids say. They use legit tortillas (I thought for a second they were homemade), and stuffed to the gills. I had one chicken (awesome), one shrimp (really really good), and one pulled pork. I dropped this one in account of a pesky bee, but reassembled for great flavor. They catered to my allergies and the service was friendly.

It is cozy, lots of dark wood. Very relaxing. Wait staff is always super nice. The menu has a variety of delicious foods. No greasy bar food here. They make a really good french onion soup. Good variety of beers on tap too. I keep coming back. And the burgers are mouth watering.

Love coming to Republic. Staff is always extremely friendly and happy to provide recommendations. They know the menu inside and out, and care about the food they offer. The southern chick sandwich is one of my favorites. Had the fried macky burger this weekend and it was great. They are a little more expensive than other similar places, but the quality of the food makes it worth it. I've been here maybe a dozen times or so, and had a great experience each time.

Forst time here and glad we went!! Great food! Great service! Great detail to safety with covid-19 precautions. Overall a really great place to go. Mike served us and we couldn't ask for a more attentive server. Alway making great suggestions and being sure we had everything we needed. So many great items on the menu including several specials. Very difficult to make up my mind. I ended up going with a classic burger and an egg added to it. Sweet potatoe fries also!! We shared steak nachos for an app! The nachos could have been their own meal. Will definitely be going back here again soon!!

Awesome experience. My wife and I stopped in for lunch today. They recently updated their menu which we loved. Lobster Mac and cheese was on point and if you like Sweet Potato fries - these were the best we’ve had in the area. Portion size was more than enough. Pulled pork nachos were incredible - pulled pork is slow cooked and marinated. In regards to drinks, counterweight IPA was great, they also have some canned beers which are not on the menu (like Powder Dreams) - ask the bartender.

We honestly held off way too long to visit. We will definitely be back again! The owner showed that he truly cared about their hospitality and feedback on their food.

Had a great time, absolutely zero complaints. Duck wings were good, but we were way more excited about the delicious french onion soup & perfect fried chicken sandwich. Don't think twice about getting the Bloody Mary either, it was fantastic.

Delicious lunch!! Fresh, hand cut/lightly breaded calamari...amazingly fresh salads. My kids loved their burgers and chicken burrito. Excited to go back and try more! Very satisfied!

The atmosphere is beautiful, charming, rustic, cozy and Tuesday evening is nice and quiet. The service was wonderful and the food was beautifully displayed and the first bite will have you pausing with delight and if you don't think or say wow..this is so good, I won't believe you actually had their food. It was amazing.

The Republic Burger was delicious! A Hearty portion; this was a thick juicy Angus burger served with mushrooms cheese and aioli. Delicious! Fries were fresh cut and amazing. Robert was our server and he was terrific! Will go back again.

FANTASTIC pulled pork burger, delicious fries and top-notch service, not even exaggerating. Didn’t get the gentleman’s name but he had a beard and was older. Nicest guy and so professional. Compliments to the chef as well!

Fantastic food, service and atmosphere, plus a great beer list. The kids menu has all of the standards, the quality of the food off the kids menu is awesome. I have enjoyed the small plates a lot there as well. There is something on the menu for everyone!!!

We were amazed from apps to dessert. Food, drinks, service and atmosphere outstanding! We had the cheese board, tuna and steak tartar, steak for two (could have fed 3 or more), short ribs, red snapper, tiramisu, the tres leche cake and the white sangria. Never had a better meal!! Our servers were wonderful, manager and owner personable and kind. Wish this restaurant we're closer to home... worth the trip though!!

My wife and I are regulars, we recently hosted her 40th birthday at Republic with 35 friends, and we couldn’t have been happier. The owner Frank is true restaurateur and just beyond accommodating. We sampled almost every item on the menu and everything was of the highest quality and delicious. It’s always hard with a larger group during normal hours to get a big party done and they came through impressively. The service was outstanding from the entire staff. Alicia was our main server and was just absolutely amazing; she made the whole atmosphere fun and memorable. Istref also did an incredible job and was extremely helpful. I really can’t say enough good things about the place and highly recommend it for a regular night out or any special occasion!
